Sir,
I m New Advocate. I am using Mobile No.9872540084 of Airtel Company for the last 8 years as post paid connection.Last month I changed it from Post paid to Prepaid and the number working continuesly till 1.01-2010 and in the evening I came to know that it was disconneted without any notice or fault. I submitted all the document. Iwent to the office of dealer to register my complaint but he refused to register my complaint. I tried to contact the company but still no reply has been received. Now I suffered a huge loss for this act of company. Now I want to send a legal notice to Dealer and Airtel Company as well as file case in Consumer Court. Will you pls send me a Draft of Notice as well as matter for filing case to consumer forum.

Help: Accident, complain against me

January 10, 2010
around 15:15 Hours

At the turn towards a mall where i was going a Bike was trying to overtake me from the LEFT. It had one pillion rider.
My speed was 10-15 Kmph as i had to turn left.

They got minorly hit. Nobody was hurt a very small scratch on the bike which was not even visible.

There was a slight arguement which got over in 2 minutes. They did not claim or say much then.

I was in the mall for about one hour. Then when i came out he came and said his bike is in bad shape and he has lost his mobile phone as well. I said you were over-taking from the left and i was at a very slow speed so its your fault and i am not responsible for your phone.

He said he will lodge a complain and i said ok fine its not my fault so i will not pay you any compensation and I left.

what if he lodges a complaint against me now? What can i do if he does so? What should I tell the police?

please help

regards

Hitesh

What are the rules of seniority for the practicing advocates? How their seniority can be identified through their Gowns/robes?
Is there any rule of Bar Council or other legal entity of lower or High Courts regarding the fixation of the fee of an advocate as to how much he should charge from the clients and for which service?
Normally what should be the fee of a fresher for consultation, drafting, move and pleadings before the lower criminal courts and High Courts?Kindly guide.

its a moot problem ....

1. a minister who is given the charge of a union ministry is found guilty by the CBI under section 13(1)(d) of the prevention of corruption act 1988.
2. section 19 of the same act requires a prior sanction of the central govt for the same , however, the president acting on the advice of the council of ministers , rejects the sanction and prosecution cannot take off.

my queries are :
whether section 19 is unconstitutional as it violates article 14?
and how can such an issue effectively be addressed to.......
