A boy age 23yrs his father died in dec 2005 .He was a government medical officer and his stepmother is also government medical officer at present. he has no any brother n sister .
the problem is he want govt service (dying in harness) but govt rule is, if mother is already in service(govt) no service will be given to son in dying in harness. what will boy do because he is not able to take any benifit to govt and his condition too poor ,step mother do not support to him financialy.he is not able to take leagle action to him .please suggest that what he do.

Dear Sir,
I asked my lawyer to quote the citations given in this forum with respect to "whether executing court has jurisdiction to alter or amend or add to the decree".
He is apprehensive to quote these citations saying that it might adversely effect the case as consumer forum are more interested in disposing the case than looking into the root cause of the issue and also says that our complaint on which we got a decree was weak and judge might ask few questions which would put us in trouble again.
In this regard can you please let me know
1.Whether judge can again go to the complaint instead of the decree passed and dismiss the EP?
2.What if the EP is dismissed again?please note that first EP is dismissed and builder upon interpreting the first EP dismissal order is asking for Rs 40lakhs as various charges for registering the flat when the decree clearly says that i need to pay only difference in stamp duty and registration?
3.What courts can i appeal if EP order is adverse or if its dismissed again?
Our EP is scheduled for hearing tomorrow morning (28/01/2010) in State forum,Karnataka.

I have posted a query on Transport Woes in the Expert's forum. The facts in the issue are very glaring that though every citizen is aware of the plight, no concrete steps have been initiated to set things in order. Public Interest Litigation do not necessarily yield the desired results to highlight the matters which are detrimental to Public Interest at large. My specific doubts are summed up as under:
(a) As in the case of high profile matters, under which circumstances the Court intervenes into the matters which are detrimental to public interests?
(b) What are the Constitutional provisions and obligations on the part of the Apex or High Courts to question the authority of the State ?
(c) Is there any Judicial Committee which monitors the matters which upset the peace and tranquility in the State on account of misdemeanors of Public Authorities?
(d) Are there any precedents which match the similar facts where interests of common citizens are protected by the intervention of Courts?
(e) Whether any High Court is vested with any constitutional powers to question the acts of the State in the absence of any Public Interest Litigation?
I need specific point-war guidance from the expert panel in the interest of Common Citizens.

isliye apni poori salary aur apna naam bhi use diya , wo kuch bhi nahi kamata tha.. usne kaha ki wo gadi ka kaam start karna chahta hai isliye use gadi purchase karni hai. maine socha shayad ye kuch kaam kar paye to achcha hi hai.. isliye maine khud 150000rs use dekar apne account se use indica dilwayi..

we shifted to another district from hyderabad 15 days ago and my son is working abroad.i had bank account(savings account) in central bank of india in hyderabad,but that bank's branch is not here at the place i am residing at present.We have a plot here in my son's name and am willing to build a house here so i shifted here for that reason.Now my question is I am willing to take a new gas connection for cooking purpose and they are asking for residence proof,i cannot transfer the bank account because there is no branch here and I previously did not have a gas connection to transfer it here.Even if i wish to open a new bank account i still have to provide a residence proof.I went to MRO office here and asked for residence certificate and they are telling that i have to have stayed here for 7 years inorder to get a residence certificate.Please kindly advice me how i can get a residence certificate or a valid address proof.thank you

Dear Experts,
I have a followup question on the same matter as mentioned in my earlier query.
The order(decree) we have is a consensual order in which the opposite party has agreed for the terms of the order.
It has been two since the decree has been passed and now it is in execution court.
As per the decree he has to either refund or register the property.
He cannot register the property due to non alienation order given by high court of karnataka neither he wants to refund the money.
Wanted to know what are the options JDR have now to fight against the decree?
Can he appeal in any other court?

What purpose such Lights serve?
