I am fresher advocate but i dont no law abut Insurance law matter is,
A insurance com. name Is Tathagat insurance pvt, Ltd. in this com. my fathar is an agent worker he open a new acc. an other person policy, after few years the com closed all policy is stay. some person claim against MD of insurance com. after this a policy holder complaint in police chouki agains my father police called my father said to my father give him money, but some policy instollment deposit by father he give huim all slip, pls give me good solution

An Individual or a company deliberately involves in misappropriation of funds or any criminal act.It gains the trust initially from the public and all concerned with their superficial honest activities but finally comes out with it.s real face of cheating and many other offences. My question is
The very reputed lawyers also take up such cases because of their money power and other pulls.
How far it is correct?

I am a Advocate but i am only in taxation practice.I want to start a share sub brokership business. for this i wish to enter into Partnership with a friend of mine.
My query is tht can i becume a partner for the abovesaid business.
And how abt newly introduced limited liabilty partnership firm.I am prefering to becume a partner forming a limited liabilty partnership.

Can a Advocate enter into a partnership either a partner ship under the Part.Act 1932 or under newly introduced Limited Liabilty Partnership Act

Hi Every one,
My check got bounced because of banks mistake. Funds were available but bank said they did not update their records so my check did not cleared and im willing to take a legal action on the bank.Can any one please advise me How can I take up the issue from hear on?

A father done a regd. will in favour of his younger son before his death. After 22 days he expired.Younge son wants to transfer father's house in his name. What is requird for name transfer regd. will or Succesions.

Dear Members,
Many a times, a document, say a letter from govt. department or a certificate (cast certificate/domicile certificate/death cerificate etc.,etc.) obtained from local authorities, is issued in local language, due to the State's 'language policy'.(Inspite of option being available to get certificates in english, it is ignored)
And such documents become unacceptable when used in other States for the same very reason -i.e.,the language.
NOW, my question is - -
IS there any OFFICIAL & GOVT.APPROVED service available by which such
document(s) can be TRANSLATED to, say-in english, so that the same can be used across the country (& may be internationally too).
IF yes, please give details. Also, do such
translations have to be on 'Stamp Paper'(&
to be Notarised too). Basically I want to know additional cost burden & delay involved.
Your comments/ advice & suggestions, please.

Partnership Act.
We had applied for the registration of a firm with the name "Om Vigilance Security". There is no other firm existing with the same name. Our application has been rejected by saying that the word "vigilance" is prohibited under the act. We asked them to state the reasons in written. They only stated that the name is not acceptable, in writing without stating the reasons therefor. Now we want to make an appeal against the action of the sub-registrar. What is the procedure?
If there is any other way out, please guide us.
