Lost Warranty Card

Respected Sir,
I have purchased one SF Sonic Turbo 34B20R car battery which is a subsidiary of EXIDE Battery, with serial no 5b8112050 printed on top of battery with 4yrs warranty, some 10 days back. While taking the battery I forget to collect the warranty card (which was filled by the shopkeeper) from the shop, and it got misplaced/lost. Now the battery is leaking from the joints. Dealer is not entertaining without warranty card. What should I do? Will u please suggest me?
Thanks and regards.

Supreme Court Judgements - Citations

Under Karnataka Money Lenders Act, Complainant obtained license to do business of money lending. The licence expired after certain period (5 years). The complainant did not renew his money lending license and closed business due to loss & inability. Does the complainant has provision to file civil suit or under 138 of NI Act, against the borrower for recovery of money lent when money lending license was valid and in force, even after the money lending license has expired?

Please quote relevant judgements of the Apex court (preferably) on this matter, any recent judgement will be highly appreciated in this matter. - SHYAMSUNDER

Remedy from illegal election of society

Me and my family member, relatives and others thirty persons had paid life time member ship fee of Jain Inter College Muzaffar Nagar (UP) in 2002 and gets receipts from management and management also passed resolution in meeting for approved our membership in society. Then after time period of committee over in Feb 2003 and due to some dispute committee not be formed and administrator was appointed by DIS.Now administrator has declared election of society but when we checked members list we are surprise because our name are not in voter list and others name are in members list that are not members of society. When we asked from administrator, he does not give any satisfactory reply. We also approach to DIS but same position he also does not give any satisfactory answer and we are not any membership of society in spite of payment of life time member ship fee. Is there any remedy against it? Should we approach to High Court to stay the election?

Competition commission of India

Dear sir,
I have question regarding Competition commission of India.
My question is that: "Does Indian parliament have the power to enact any law restricting or banning or taking any action against a company on the ground that companies have violated any anti-competition norm?"
"Parliament can only pass this act after competition commission enquires the matter?"
"Is it necessary that anti-competition cases will only be looked after by this commission in the initial stage or parliament can also take descisions in certain cases
by enacting any act for two companies indulging into anti-competitive acts?"

I'm eagerly waiting for ur reply.
