sir m manish pursuing CS final can u plz guide me on how LLB Course can enhance my market value after Passing CS- how much can i expect after completing de course-- basically CS professionals are paid around 5-7L package,,,to wat extend will it enhance my market value or will it just enrich my personality as a secretary in de organisation & wat is de course duration?

Hello,
I was told in one of my cases by my other advocate today that digital camera photos are not a case of proof in the court and you need negatives. This would affect another case of mine where I have produced 300 odd digital camera photos. The world has advanced and we all use digital cameras.
Now if this is not acceptable then what about my other cases which mainly depend on photos.
It has got nothing as prior detective appointment for the photos but natural instances which is proof sufficient.
Kindly guide as this is news to me and would not like to comment this to my advocate and confuse myself regarding him handling the other case.

now i live in thane dist,(mumbai)maharashtra from last 20years. my grand father cast certificate is approved by jalna (maharashtra).my birth place also jalna. now only grandfather cast certificate in my hand ,my grand father also birth in jalna means my total family live in jalna so i didn't know anyone in nanded, jalna collector said,your community's peoples found in nanded.so it is possible for me, making a st cast certificate. pls proper stages show me.

In taminadu private schools are regulated by Tamilnadu Private Schools Regulation Act,1973 & Tamilnadu Private Colleges Regualtion Act,1976.
Likewise could i be informed about the Acts controlling/regulation schools colleges in Andraprades.

cant the collected fine from the persons not having insurence on his vehicle if deposit the same in his name for insurence compelling to pay remaining in instalments support the injured or deceased on accident if any caused.

Sir,
my family(mother and father)living in a rented house since 25 years,Now we have ration card,driving licence,vote id card on rented address,having no rent aggrement or rent reciept.
During 25 years, landlord sold house to 2nd person,at present 2nd person(Presently landlord)want to Vacant house from us in this condition what can we do to stay or defense? We have no aggrement from present landlord.
please give advise
