REGARDING EXAM FOR NEW ADVOCATES

Hello All Friends and seniors,

I would like to know that bill for new exam system for Law graduates is already passed or it is in process. I am waiting for my final year result. So I would just like to know that can i go for enrollment or should I wait for exam and if anyone can provide me bar council of delhi's address.

darft application for conducting of Ex- parte proceedings

good morning all experts,

I am in need of draft application for conducting ex- parte application to be filed befor Dist consumer forum.

brief of the case:-
i have made complaint to dist consumer forum aganist nokia india ltd for not tracing my mobile phone which was given to Nokia priority for repair. to the date ,01 year passed , none of the represntative of the nOkia has attended the proceedings nor intiating for defending the case.
pl giude me what to brought in application for conductiong above proceedings. its urgent , the subject case is listed for hearing on 11 Jun 10.

Motor vehicle insurance.New India assurance

Dear Sir,
My father was driving the car, while avoidind a cattle on the road , he hit a big stone in the left side of the road. Car's leftside fender, bumper and bonnet got damaged. The surveyor refused to give insurance to the bonnett which requires tinkering.He says it is not possible to include bonnet as it is in the centre of the car, not in the left side. Please advice me the ffurther steps.
total Claim is Rs. 26,000. Bonnet tinkering and painting cost Rs. 4,500.

provident fund

Provident fund office is reluctant to give back the provident fund amount.There is no liability or any other liability pending.Can I file case before High Court or I want to send a legal notice to the Provident Office?Thank you.
