ENROLMENT WITH AP BAR COUNCIL -BA(DISTANCE)

I am a student(without 10th and 10+2) who have completed BA through distance education from Andhra University based on entrance examination held in Jan'1992. The eligibiity criteria for the then entrance test was 20 years as on July'1992.Passed the entrance and got admitted into BA course in May'1992 and completed graduation in the year 2007. Subsequently appeared for law entrance of AU and completed LL.B(3 years) through regular college study in April’2010.

My querries are:-

(i) Is there any minimum age limit at BA entrance level for myself being enrolled as an Advocate with AP Bar Council ?
(ii) I was told that I should have completed 21 years of age at the level of BA entrance exam for enrolment as Advocate. Is it true ?
(iii) What are the correct guidelines of BCI in the matter ?
(iv) What are the options left to me in case of non-enrolment as an Advocate in the light of All India Bar Examination in Dec’2010 ?

Your valuable suggestions and expert opinion is solicited since there are number of students like me who are on the same footing and hailing from remote villages. Your expert opinion will be of utmost help to us. Thanking you sir.

FIRE SAFETY ARRANGEMENT OF SOCIETY IN CASE OF Emergency

I am staying at the Top floor of a ten storied building.
There is no provision of emergency fire exit on the EIGHTH FLOOR as required under fire safety norms in Mumbai.
We have one and only option at the time of emergency like Fire/ Earthquake to USE TERRACE for safety and escape.
Our society's office bearers have made rule to lock the terrace all the time.
Can I force them to keep open the terrace all the time for the safety of my family in case of emergency ??
What legal action can be taken against office bearers if they deny my request to keep open the terrace ??
Thanks in advance.
