Heelo Sir,
This time G.N.D.U. exempted the law Entrance Test and made criteria to select a candidate wholly on the basis of 12th standard marks which according to me is no-t a good step as already our legal education is -having so many flaws.
I_ just want to know that whether this is the decision approved by BCI or not ? ------if not then whether this can be challenged in the court or not?

Does the Forensic Science Laboratory entertain expert opinions applied by private individuals or private arbitrators or is it a complete government machinery?

I have a case for the defendant in an private arbitration case. I have challenged the signature in the document produced by the claimant. I have filed a petition for sending the document along with my original signature to the forensic science laboratory which is under the control of the Government. My query is "Will the forensic science laboratory entertain applications from private arbitrators or individuals to ascertain the facts?"

My brother got married in 1993 and filed divorce petition in 1994. Thereafter the lady filed complaint under 498-A also. My brother changed nomination for Gratuity in 1994 favoring mother and father mentioning against both the names:
Mother - Full
Father - Full
My brother expired in 2010. On request of my mother release of Gratuity was processed in favor of my brother for full amount as his father got expired in 2000.
The audit department declared the nomination as invalid because of mentioning full amount against both names.
Now question is this that both mother and father were Family members who were nominated. Since father is expired, mother is entitled for full share.
Assuming father would have survived, in that case the full share would have been paid either to mother or father. Now where is the question of invalid nomination.? What we understand that invalid nomination has been mentioned at the behest of some mischeaveous element. Kindly clarify and give us your valuable comments to put in our represnatation?

hi,i worked in an organisation name"microstar"as floor manager from jan 2010 to 26 april 2010.on 26th april 2010, i resigned on certain illegal grounds which was unacceptable to me. actually, microstar is a call centre institute which provides training of call centers.So i resigned from there.Now i am asking salary ie10,000+2,000 incentive. but the owner of microstar replied me that she could not provide me salary as she is in great loss,due to my resignation.i have sent a notice to her with the help of local lawyer of 7 days to pay my full salary.now i want to ask whether my case is strong or not? what are the acts of laws which can make my case strong.suggest me some ideas for it.I have attached copy of appointment letter,as i have typed in word.you can read this analyse my right to ask for salary.
