Please tell me can we use trust land allotted to us for hospital/college in other business.
if yes than in which business?

cyber crime

I had given my credit card to my friend to open a web site in a address where his office was there. In the registrant column my name and email id were displayed.

After two months the office shifted and after some time now its closed.

Now the original owner claims that my name is in the registrant name and my contact details and has sent a legal notice saying its a cyber crime giving my details where there is no office existing

Have contacted the company where he registered and got changed the name

my queries

is it a cyber crime
am i punishable
how do i come out

format of general power of attorney

one of my friend is starting a business (processing and manufacturing industry)in his brothers name who is an NRI and wants a format of GPA with the following contents
1.to sign all the legal documents
2.to open bank account in the business name and also to take loan from the bank
3.to purchase land and construct factory building.
4. and to represent to all the government authorities. kindly provide me the format of GPA containing all the details.

cash in transit insurance

we had taken cash in transit insurance. We had given cash to our employee who is incharge of our branch to disburse the cash to our procurement parties. He had start disbursement on the day and at 5 PM evening some payments are pending as usual. He used to bring the cash to his house for safety purposes and will disburse the balance cash cash in the next day morning. At the time of bringing the cash to his house the cash was stolen by some people using knife and making him injured. Whether we can get the claim amount. Please reply me quickly.

an employee at aharyan govt. dept.. was suspended on charges of taking bribe but was exonerated from the charges and was reinstated but soon after his reinstatment he was compulsoraliy retired on alleged ground of misconduct without a show cause notice ..what is the remedy for the employee???

LIC insurance claim settlement

My brother-in-law expired last year in a accident leaving behind my sister and 3 year old son. He had a policy in LIC and had payed premium for 10years for which the nominee was his mother. We came to know about existence of the policy only when we recived the premium intimation letter from LIC recently.

But when we checked with the officers , the claim was already settled (~1.4 lakhs) and the full amout was payed to my sister's mother in law. This was done without my sister's notice and are refusing to give money. The share of the money would have really helped my sister and her son .

Could you please let me know if there are any provisions to get a share of the amount from LIC office or through legal action. If so could you please give more information on the process of action in either of the case.

Exemption of Entrance test

I already posted my query that G.N.D.U. ASR exempted Law Entrance test for the admission in LL.b for the session 2010-2011 but more shocking thing which today i got is that Bar Council of India also gave permission for this degraded act.
Sir, already Legal Education remains joke for the other professions but now selection on the basis of merit is another step towards that.
One side BCI is making so-called stringent Laws for the Bachelor of Laws to enter into the field of profession and on another side totally exempting Entrance Test----------these two things are vice versa to each other and i think now only UGC remain left who should come forward to take some measures to ensure justice with the profession.
I also wish that any dedicated Lawyer without seeing his pecuniary interest will file a proper writ against the concerned authorities.

SCRAP LICENSE

IS LICENCE REQUIRED TO PURCHASE A SCRAP IN MAHARASTRA BY STEEL MERCHANT?

who is responsible, PIO or FAA?

I HAD FILED AN RTI TO MCGM ON 29TH MARCH 2010. THE CONCERNED PIO DID NOT REPLY, SO I FILED AN APPEAL ON 6TH MAY 2010. THE FAA CALLED ME FOR HEARING IN WRITING ON 26TH MAY, BUT TO MY SUPRISE THE PIO DID'NT TURNED UP. THE FAA POSTPONED THE HEARING TO 3RD JUNE AND ON THAT DATE HE ORDERED THE PIO THAT THE INFORMATION SHOULD BE GIVEN TO ME BY 4TH JUNE. TILL DATE IAM WAITING FOR THE REPLY FROM THE PIO. I HAVE SOME FEW QUERIES:
1) WHEN SHOULD I FILE BY SECOND APPEAL?
2) AS PER RTI RULES THE APPLICANT CAN FILE THE FIRST APPEAL WHEN HE RECEIVES THE REPLY FROM THE PIO OR 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE HE FILED THE RTI. CAN I FILE MY SECOND APPEAL AS MY HEARING IS HEARD BY FAA?
