Implications for filling wrong wrong affidavite before Court

If any Female is Filling wrong petition / Affidavite allegating someone either civil or criminal, subsequently proves wrong, what are the implications of that? can we file another cas against her for filling wrong petititon / affidavite and also for damage to my respect in the society?

Can a farmer who name is entered in "Jot Chakbandi Akar-patra 23(Part 1)in Uttar Pradesh buy agricultural land in Gujarat? If yes, do he/she need to produce any kind of certificates in before such is transferred in his name in state of Guajrat?

regards environmental pollution

Respected Lawyer's & my seniors,

I have a problem with the garbage dumps on our residing areas (bhel), firstly being a forest area, grass is developing beside the garbage pits, leading snakes come over to the houses. if we have the municipal people coming daily for the collection of garbage can we abolish those garbage pits permanently in our society? pls, help regarding this matter. lots of diseases occurs by these problem.

Society - Election of a Managing Committee


Dear Sir,

Oue society in Mumbai is registered in 1992 under the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act 1960. We have adopted a new Bye-Laws in 2001. There is a Election of new Managing Committee in the Society. I would like to know the eligibility for a Members to vote. Is it necessary for the Members that he/she has been admitted as a Members of the Society 2 years prior to the date of Election?

In case of resulting company issue shares to the shareholders of demerged company than in that case what formalities to be done for ROC filing i.e. what ROC forms to be filed with ROC MCA for allotment of shares to the shareholders of demerged company.

Pleading the case by self in court,as defence

Dear experts,
Is there any provision in indian law for a person to plead his own case by himself(self) in court i.e from being in defending on his own case.if yes,u/s?wht extent he can?any elgilbilty paramaters.will judge consider his versions?
pls clarify.
