Dear Sir,
My Uncles send me a Vakkil notice and in that notice they put different Initials for me & my Younger Brother,(our Father expired) and in another notice they had put Initial only for my brother & my name is without Initial.
Is there any way to take action against them saying that they are spoiling my family fame & name or is there any possibility to file any particular case?
I'm sure that it is not a printing mistake because it can happen sometime, but this happened in 2 notices & i'm sure they are doing this to hurt us & our mother.
Sir please advice me in this regard and also if that particular document is needed i'll scan & send the copy.

Our building in Chennai, consisting of ground floor plus 4 upper stories and basement is managed by an owners welfare association in maintaining the building and facilities like water supply, electricity, cleanliness, lift operation etc All the members are promptly paying maintenance fees to the association, and property and taxes to the Chennai corporation except the basement. The basement for about 3 years was used by three joint owners to run as wholesale agents for some leading consumer mfg companies... The basement and top floors were initially deemed as unauthorized construction, but the residents of ground floor and upper stories took advantage of TN government's offer of regularization of the constructions, by paying large amounts of regularization fees to the TN government. And formal approval has been accorded. - except in the case of the basement owned jointly by 3 owners. Due to business losses and borrowing from bank (s) the owners disappeared to avoid creditors and lender banks. A bank which seems to he holding the basement as mortgage is trying to dispose it of for recovering its dues. The owners also were not there to avail the opportunity to regularize the construction, announced by the government
The association faces a problem. - the corporation is demanding from us all the property and water taxes dues, with penalty, over a period a decade, failing to pay which we are threatened with cutting of water supply for the entire building and legal acton, Appeals were made as and when such demands were made and action was not enforced, but the demand has again come for payments of large dues. The authorities insist on payment by us to avoid cutting water supply. Interestingly, the basement does not have water connection or any lavatories in it
We have appealed to the authorities not to impose this burden on us and desist from cutting water supply The name of the bank which holds the basement as mortgage is given to them
Legal opinion for justice to the owners of the building is solicited from lawyer friends.

If anybody file petition in the Court, allegating someone else, subsequently allegations either didn't prove due to lack of evidences or evidences were not sufficient or proved to be false. Is there difference between two? and can that body can file suit for perjury in both situation?

in recent case CIC has given an order which is against the act and also not in line with various precedent orders of Honble High Court given time to time. Infact CIC order decided by one IC is one of the odd one since various decisions by CIC IC's
were in tandom with act and HC judgements.
Can this decision of IC which is against precedent HC rulling be consider as contempt of court
I need to file a WP and looking for a advocate. I have all arguments/HC judgement avble with me.I am in delhi.

I am currently studying in some state but by doimicile i don't belong to that state .
May i get my Driving license from that state or not ?
I was told that it is not possible but as per form there are two separate columns for present and permanent address.

I am a college student . If anyone go to our management to get his original certificates which have been taken at time of admission they ask to pay full course fee.
But we hadn't signed any bond such .
is is allowed to keep certificates ? In case they don't return can I move to consumer court or i will have to go in civil court .Also let me know under which sections they may be charged upon.
