i was an exporter. my sub contractor ran away with my goods and refuse to give delivery.
after that i made losses in my export did not received payment.
so i have out standing in market as well as bank.
now on of my supplier whom i had to pay i gave him debit note for not delivering goods on time and i had mention the clause in our contract.
he refuse to accept and refuse to wait for payment.
he gave my number to his supplier and he is giving threatening calls to me at home and on mobile late night also he treat my mother of kidnapping me.
NC was register but call were not stoped so i visited incharge officer of police station and he called my supplier as well as his supplier.
my supplier visited police station and officer took his statement and asked him not to call me and threat me through other people and please proceed with legal way to ask money. also asked suppliers supplier not to call me.
same day in night he call again 15 times on mobile and 2 times at home.
i rushed to police station he refuse to take further action.
i am single lady leaving with my old age parents they are very scared and even i am very scare.
going to court will take long time and i want to know police got NO right to register a complaint and take action as third person is calling me and demanding money on behalf of some one else.
PLEASE ADVICE VERY URGENTLY.

Dear Experts,
I had a case in lower court, I lost it & appealed against it in same court & again lost it u/s15c.All this happened 3mnths 10 days earlier.Can I appeal in high court for the same case & plz tell what's grace peroid, can I use it or what's the procedure.

a mother executed a settlement deed in favour of her younger son without any condition. later she filed an application under section 23 of senior citzen act 2007 before district magistrate to declare the settlement deed as null and void.
whether she has right to file application without any condition in the settlement deed.

i had a mediclaim policy of Rs 10 lac from 1995. Since 1995 i did not file any claims and renewed premiums on time ,so till 2007 i had accumaled an additional bonus of Rs 1.8 lac above the policy amount. Abrupltly in 2008 when i renewed the policy, the insurance company incorporated a clause in the renewal policy that it would pay 70 % of the sum insured upto a maximum of Rs 2 lac for serious surgery. In 2008 i went for a heart surgery and incurred about Rs. 4 lac of expenses. When i filed for the claim the company paid only Rs. 2 lac according to this clause in renewal policy and also denied to Give my accumalted bonus to me. In this regard I have following queries.
1. Whether the insurance company incorporate a new change in respect of policy and give it a retrospective effect?
2. Can a recovery suit be filed to claim the bonus in addition to the consumer complaint.?
3. Please give citations of some case laws which are appropriate for the scenario.

limitation for filing suit for recovery of dept
A bank filed suit for recovery of debt u/s. 91 MCS Act 1960. What is period of limitation for such suit? Is notice necessary to such suit? whether limitation is counted from the date or receipt of notice?
