what is bar council?If there is a compalint regarding cheat by a lawyer and refunding money from lawyer does bar council help in this regard?

X submits his luggauge bag for cheaking (Security Cheak) at Delhi Airport. When he demands for his lugguage at Mumbai Airport. The Staff replies that it is misplaced or lost, and did not took any pain to try where the bag lost by them, and behaving inhumanly manner. Further, requested to X to grant them(Staff) seven days time. But to no avail.
What can X do against the fight's Staff or 'OWNER' ?

In one of the decisions, Hon’ble Information Commission, in a second appeal case, has given ambiguous decision and nothing can be made out of that. His role was also partisan to help the Public authority. No penalty was imposed for not providing the information by CPIO within even 4/5 months. Hon’ble Commission also based his decision on some of the documents, which were never part of the Appeal nor were these ever seen/perused by the concerned IC. I want to get the decision reviewed or to go for Writ. Respected Experts may kindly shower their advice in the matter through this Forum.I would also be thankful if some names of the Advocate for Delhi High Court are suggested.

i was in a relation with a girl for around 8 months and both of were committed and wanted to get married. But it was decided that first we will know each other and if anyone of us felt that our relation won't be a success we shall directly discuss it and we are free to discontinue the relation. I even talked about this to her mother that we are trying to know each other and if we feel that we can live together then we will approach to them for marriage and she agreed to that.
We used to have a fight frequently [only verbal fight]. And i told her that i'm not comfortable with this debate kind of conversation and if it continues then i won't continue. My x-girlfriend said that every thing will be ok with time. But there was no change and we started to have verbal fight every now and then. This made me uncomfortable and i directly told her that i want to quit and gave her the reason. She made every possible attempt so that we may continue but i said i don't want to continue and finally we decided to move on with our life.
Due to excess mental stress i was admitted in hospital for 3 days, and i have every document regarding that. But i never blamed her and i didn't even bother her or her family and neither my parents or known ones gave any trouble to them regarding my medical situation.
But after a month my x-girlfriend sends me sms saying "i love u come back". I replied that we have decided on things and now there is no use on discussing things again. Next day she calls me again saying the same thing and my reply was same.
On that very day she send me sms and i replied to them but then she started misbehaving and called me "gay" and "late mr. parmar", upon getting such sms i didn't reply and she stopped sending sms after sometime. still i didn't complain about it as i thought she is upset thats why she is using foul words.
At night around 11:15 her mom calls me up and says that her daughter [x-girlfriend] is in hospital and she kept on blaming me for that. I tried to tell her that what went wrong among us but she was not at all ready to accept her daughter's mistakes but she put everything on me. Finally i kept quiet and she kept on talking. She said that if anything happens to her daughter then she will ruin my life and not let me live peacefully and kept on giving me such threats and then disconnected the phone.
Sir, i want to know that is it legally possible that she can sue me over that? That girl and me have not met each other till now we used to either chat on web or talk on phone. There has been no physical contact among us. So case of physical harresment can't be filed against me. Is there any other legal action that she can take against me. Doctors have adviced me not to take any kind of stress and i'm in much pressure due to their behaviour. So is there any legal action that i can take against them?
If any case is registered by anyone of us then who has a strong side, that girl or me?
I'm waiting for your precious advice and show me the correct way out of this situation. Thanks in advance.

i had a medi claim policy from United India insurance for the year 2005-2006,2006-2007 and then for next 2 year 2007-2008 and 2008-2009 from New India insurance... there was no lapse of policy in these 4 years. i got operated in 2009 for some ailment to which my current insurer i.e New India insurance co. is saying that this ailment is not covered in the second year of medi claim policy so they will not reimburse the treatment for same. my submission is that although it is my second year with the current insurer i.e NIA but it is my continuous 4th year of mediclaim policy...first 2 yrs from United India n next 2 yrs from NIA(current insurer).
both of these insurance co. are GIC Companies ( public sector ). the case is pending in consumer forum and i am in dire need of some relevant citations of apex courts to prove my point..that when a consumer is insured in past from some co. and then he shifted from is past insurer to a new insurer and the policies were never lapsed and the continuity is never broken then the second insurer should give the weightage to the policies of the earlier insurer and the current insurer cannot deny the claim mere on this fact that the consumer is a new consumer to the current insurance co. therefore he will be treated as a fresh consumer.

I was taken health policy from ICICI Lombard 4 months back for my 4 yrs old son who is suffering epileptical problem. las month he addmitted in Jupiter multispeciality hospital at Thane for viral infection treatment. through hospital claim for cashless facility with sufficient information. But ICICI lombard denied the claim due to pre existing dieses which was not included in policy application form at the time of taking policy. But patient was not addmitted for epileptical treatment he was admitted for control fever and related treatement only. Now ICICI lombard is cancelled policy and refund premium amt by courier without intimation to me. I want to legal action with ICICI lombard. Pl guide me.

i am a qualified law graduate enrolled in bar council of Andhra Pradesh as an advocate , can i practice in the area of civil, criminal, tax laws, simultaneously or is there any restriction to practice tax laws i.e a combination tax law & civil law or tax law & criminal law only. i am interested to practice in all the three areas (civil, criminal, tax laws ) please suggest me .or any bar from the advocates act
