argument with court

sir

in the matter of matrimoniol can husband fight with court in argumnets instead of his lawyer. will it be contempt of court?

what language can a husband use court?

can a husband ask court that court is not paying from own pocket but husband has to suffer all the monetory expenses. and he has to save his money as per fundamental right to each huma being by constistutional given right to save own property?

another question is that what husband has a duty to maitain his wife its also in law that earning wife has to given maintenance to husband also.

can it be argued with court that wife has to pay the bank loan and hand loan also and become a equal sharer of his liabilities? as she is demanding huge amount per month as maintenance which is not possible.

Motor vehicle transfer

Hi,

I had to transfer my vehicle to my neighbout state, for this purpose i approached the RTO office in my state and requested the transfer form. They removed my bike no. from their ledger and issued no objection to transfer.

Later, i bought a bike in my neighbout state and the necessity to trasfer doesn't arise, therefore i never took my bike to my neighbour state.

Now the condition of my bike is neither registered in my own state nor in my neighour state.

What is the remedy available for me to register the bike again to my own state?.

Request your input on this

views of court?

while reading different courts judgement in husband vs wife or wife vs husband

court is justifying the perfect false statement recorded or statement given on oath is punishable. every where it is found that each one present seperate judgement and make different points but do not give punishment to wife.

is there any specific judgement where wife has been punished for crime committed in open court in numerous scetions of ipc i.e 191 to 211?

contract with employee

Dear team

I have one query:
If employer is providing financial assistance to its employee for any higher education by entering into a simple agreement on white paper. The terms of the agreement would be "during the study of such course if employee leave the organization he has to pay back to the company" and other simple terms.

query is: whether this simple paper agreement is enforceable under the courts of law. If not enforceable under the law then if we enter into an agreement on 100 rupees stamp paper in that case whether that agreement between employee and employer is enforceable

Please reply to my query. Thank you for your help

Regards
Prabhakar
