if there r two partner in a firm and one partner leave partnership and an disolution of partnership was written and it was specifically writen that all the amount was talen by the the partner who was disslove that partnership and he hav twoi cq of firm at that time and they use the same cq after disslation regarding the balance if there is any pre existing legal liabilty of the partner who retain the firm if the cq which was left with the partner whn partnership disolved otherwise it was spcifically writen the all the amount was taken by the partner of his part before dissolution of firm

Anna University, Ramachandra University and Dr. Ambetkar Law University were commissioned to take care Engineering Degree, Medical and Law Degree respectively which were under the control of the University of Madras. However, many students who were keeping arrears of papers were given one time opportunity to clear the subjects under University of Madras. However, though many students were yet to pass their subjects in B.E. M.B.B.S and B.L. for genuine reasons University of Madras has declined candidature to conduct exams for these professional courses in future. My query is:
1. Can those candidates legally claim migration to Anna University or Law University to appear for the arrears subjects under new curriculum alongwith the other regular candidates?
2. Whether University of Madras is in order to stop conduct of Exams for old candidates just because new universities are governing the professional courses?
3. Whether these old students can file a case against the University seeking them to restore conduct of exams on regular basis?
4. Are there any precedents or enactments or constitutional provisions to safeguard these students where parent university is legally bound to conduct exams for old students?
5. What is the option left for such old B.E. and M.B.B.S. or B.L. students who are neither allowed to complete the papers from the parent university nor given migration to the new university?
Experts to guide on this matter as it relates to thousands of students who are keeping their fingers crossed due to the decision taken by the University. If it is legally tenable, I would invite any advocate in this forum based at Chennai to take up the case on behalf of such students for legal recourse. Personal message to me would suffice as aggrieved students need to write the exams. Many of them are even keeping a single subject uncleared to gain a professional degree. Is there any ruling from any High Court (Incl.SC) holding Secs. 30 & 31 of the Armed Forces Tribunal Act 2007 as unconstitutional/ultra vires?
Are there any case laws on this issue?
A response ASAP from fellow members will be greatly appreciated.

hi is anyone know about my solution?
well i had applied my passport from kolkata last year.
so i didnt get my passport till all the verification was done.so i cancelled my passport application because that was taking too much time.
for work purpose i am staying in hyderabad.now can i apply my passport from hyderabad(i am having all the documentation.)
i checked my previous application status and it shows File Reference Number ..... is either wrong or Information NOT available.
so what is that mean?previously it was showing file no ... has been closed and please resubmit along with this ref no.
now problem is i dont have previous data because they updated.
so if the hyderabad passport office will ask about my previous ref. no. and the data is not available.so what i will do?i have to reapply from kolkata or i can apply from hyderabad.pls ...help me.....

Sir,
My mother who is due to retire from west Bengal Service with effect from December 01, 2010. She has learnt from reliable sources and from her fellow colleague retiring with her during the same period that they will not be receiving any pension or any pentionary benefits before April 2011. due to 'M margo'of the West Bengal Government. i have failed to under stand the meaning of the above term. It will be appreciated if you can kindly give the meaning of the above term and suggests ways as to what to do so as to avail Pension & other Pentionary Benefits of my mother . Your earliest reply would be of immense help to us. Hoping to hear from u soon

I wish to make a RTI application in Gujarat. State Government Gazette states that fee can be paid via Non-Judicial Stamp of Rs. 20/-. My question is do we have to print the application on Stamp paper or we have to just attach it with application? What if we just attach it and someone who opens the application use that stamp paper for his/her personal purpose?

i ma rahul verma.
i aaplied for passport in july 2010 in tatkal scheme. i got my passport in 15 days, but at the time of police verification, i was absent. they sent the documnets back to bhopal passport office. Is there any process for re verification. or my passport get rejected.
