my mother doing business (shope)
but we do not want to give money to chokidar 50/- per mnth because of some reason also our resident in side the shope.
TWO TIME POLICE PCR CAR COME TO MY SHOPE AND TOLD ME TO MY MOTHER THAT SHO SIR WANT TO TALK WITH YOU ABOUT NOT GIVING MONEY TO CHOKIDAR IN THANE. POLICE TOLD US THAT SHO WANT THAT U HAVE TO COME TO THANE .....
MY MOTHER TOLD THEM AT PRESENT I AM BUSY IN BUSINEES SO I CANT ABLE TO GO THANE.
MY REQUEST TO ALL EXPERT GIVE ME SUGGESTION THAT WHAT MY MOTHER ASK IF NEXT TIME AGAIN POLICE COME TO OUR SHOPE.. AND SAY MESSAGE ABOUT SHO THAT CALLING..
iS IT LEGAL THAT WITHOUT ANY SAMAN SHO CALL US TO THANE. OR THEY CALL MY MOTHER OR OTHER FAMILY MEMBER LIKE FATHER TO THANE
WHAT WE SAY IF THEY COME AGAIN AND FORCE US ... ABOUT SAME MESSAGE OF SHO.
PLEASE GIVE REPLY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

My father had bought a piece of land in Gujarat with his money. But since living in a joint family bought it in my grandfather's name. Which was later transferred to my grand mother who then executed a limited power of attorney in my uncles name. Now both my grandparents are at heavens abode. My Aunts have now asked for share in the property. All this while my father and mother had been looking after my grandparents. And also have been paying family debts. Is there any way from which we and my uncle can retain the land. Since the land is in Gujarat will Maharashtra amendment to Hindu Succession Act be applicable as we live in Maharashtra. Also, if we do not let them have the property then they want share in a Shop my grandma owned. My father had earlier sold his shop to pay family debts.

wot is the procedure to make appeal under RTI act via post??? wot r the modes via post??? i have to make appeal in passport office as i have nt received my passport nd 2 years have been passed. I asked the info under RTI i got it but i want to go for appeal. so plz help me out i m left wid few days to go for it.

is it true?
that if we file for stay we cant expect the judgement
both(stay/setaside)are same petitions or differen petitions
Now other party(wife) lost trust on the lawyer and ready to file party-in-person
What is the maximum time to go for appeal in High Court ex-parte divorce & setaside. This appeal is known as setaside.
After filing setaside/stay petition, is there any alternative way to stop the marriage of the husband.

I applied a RTI to the village taluka panchayat. But the person from village of that taluka got the xerox from via xyz. and read the same in general meeting of viilage in Mumbai for no more reason. For no more reason he exposed my rti which was nohting to do with that village. What action I can take against him ?

If someone is forcing us to stop to take RTI by using bad word and warning to beat. what legal action (under section )we can take against them ?

I have a loan of 1.5 lakhs from 3 banks. Since 8 months I'm job less. Cant get any sort of help from the family.I was thinking of applying for a bankruptcy suit.I need some help regarding filing it and what all things i should keep in mind before filing it. Will this step help me to over come this trouble regarding loan. Are there nay repercussion of it. please advice..

One Time Settelment
My father has availed personnel loan somewhere in 2005-2006.
However due to heavy financial losses all por property was sold. now of that loan i have paid as much as possible. but now i want to settle that amount as gaurantors are harrasing me. and still our fianancial position is very bad. i am the only earning source and still studying.
Now the principal amount o/s Rs. 63,000/-
Interest Amount Rs. 45,000/
Penal Interest Rs. 5,000/-
now i wan to know how much benefit can be availed in the interst amount
