Respected sir
my father worked as s.i of police due to an road accident he expired on 2005.
we got 15lakhs but my sister is minor.
my question is,
1.whether there is any procedure to know at which rate of interest the amount is deposited in the bank?
2.whether the interest will got monthly?what is the procedure for getting the interest monthly?
3.she got no other income so she want pancard for tax deduction?
please give me guidance sir,

There is one case on my name under section offence U/s. 292 of IPC . now my passport ia about to expire. can some one tell me clearly
1) is it good to mention on the form about the case on my name ? if not what will happen
2)if i mention on the form will it be a hurdle for me to get my passport renewal
3)if i hide that what are the consequences
Can some one kindly answer all 3 questions. Please.

when will she got the amount?
whether the interest claim monthly?
nowadays PAN CARD rule is strictly followed in the bank. without pancard the interest is substracted.
whether she is eligible for getting pancard?
after she is major what is the procedure for getting the sanctioned amount
please give me suggestion sir, iam in village idont know about the law.

I m the member of our society...but in the election process two members become the president and secretary. actually they both are not the actual members of the society the flat is in the name of his wife and the other flat is in the name of his mother...........whether their post of chairman and secretary is justified.....can they become the chairmand and secretary merely by residing.
help please

My 1/2 yrs.old son is taking treatment in Nagpur for cancer hospital. In July-2010, my son has admitted in emergency condition in above hospital. It is therefore, requested, how to justify the case as a controlling officer for reimbursement of medical bill claim? In this regard. Pay & Accts officer is asking the statement in case in triplicate justifying the case? Pl. ans

friends, as an insurance surveyor i am dealing with a case, some machines are stolen from a closed factory. Owner was chasing the Police to register F.I.R. from day one of burglary but police registered it only after 15 days of occurrence and in R.T.I. response states that Owner of factory approached them only on 15th day of occurrence. Owner is giving their statement in writing. Further the value of goods stolen is quoted very low 1/100th of the actual amount of items stolen. Again Police is writing in R.T.I. response this value is what is given by Owner of factory to them. To this Owner says that Police forced their representative to write such low figure.
What can be the best Legal remedy to this situation.

Hi,
My friend(a businessman with 12 years Income tax filing & clean records) has applied for a gun license and has been stuck up with burecratic red-tapism...He has moved the file to some extent and its now with the commissioner.
But he is concerned and wants to know;
1)If the license is rejected by the police commissioner then the appeal lies with home seceratry?
2)If the same is rejected by state home seceratry, then where will the appeal lie?
3)Also the process for issuing gun license is very arbitary & is always favoring people with contacts. Can we have some citations favoring issuance of gun license.

me,mother,sister,grandmother are the legalheir of the deceased.
The amount sanctioned in the court is 14lakhs
it is divided,we three got the amount
but my sister is minor she is 12years old.
