My father has deposted 4.0 lac rupees in form of FD in UCO Bank and he was expired two years ago.
I have obtained succession certificate from the court in my favour.
when I applied for deceased cliam at bank along with succession certificate the branch manager asked me to submit Indemnity Bond with two surety.
So, I want to know that Indemnity Bond is mandatory or not for those persons who is having succession certificate.

I live in a planned residential area having two adjoining plots, with my house on one of them. One of the residents living in the neighbourhood brings their dog on a leash everyday to defecate right next to my boundary wall and sometimes near the main entrance of my house. At first i politely requested their son not to allow the dog to poop near my boundary wall. But the next day his parents (husband & wife) came with their dog to make him sit near our wall. I gave them a stern warning this time.
The stench of the dog waste is unbearable and I'm concerned about my health also. I paid a labourer to remove all the dog waste and dispose it off. But these residents continue bringing their dog near my property late at night and early in the mornings to avoid being caught.
If it were a stray dog I would understand but these dog owners literally bring their dog on a leash and create nuisance near my property.
What should I do?

The Sub-Registrar of Assurance refuses to register leave and licence agreement submitted by power of attorney holder stating that the it does not state the exact property address for which the POA is given.This is GENERAL POWER OF ATTORNEY the POA states as under...

My father died in 1998, they were 3 brothers,my grandfather died in 2008 , i dont know whether he left a will or not ,he left shares worth 50 lacs and a residential house property in which we have been living on the first floor since 25 years , one of my uncle and grandmother lives on the ground floor, my 2nd uncle stays with his family at some other place , it was decided from the beginning that ground floor belongs to one of my uncle ,1st floor to us and 2nd floor to the other uncle ,but it was just an oral agreement since the beginning.
Now the issue is that my uncle and my grand mother keeps on harassing me and my mother since last 12 years on petty issues, its obvious they want us out ,I am not even allowed to park my car in the house although there is so much space .
And the shares is transfered in my grandmothers name and the nominee in that demat account is my 2nd uncle .
My question is what happens in the case of shares as an ancestral property ,even though my 2nd uncle is the nominee and my grand mother is the transferee holder right now .Can I as a grandson claim my share in the shares ?
Also how can i get my share of house property?

dear sir,
i am being asked to furnish my bank statement by the departmental inquiry
whereas the same is not as per the terms of references given to the inquiry.
(b)further i am facing departmental action for alleged acts committed between 09 sep 10 till 13 Nov 10. can the inqury committee ask me to provide the bank statement details for past two financial years and can they do so legally
(c) can my department or higher authorities ask my bank to furnish these details without my concurrence and what are my rights and priviledges
(d) if i tell my bank not to divulge the details will the bank be legally bound to obey my directive and under what circumastance and whose legal authority can the bank be forced to part with my personal banking details.
(e) what is the correct way i should go about directing my bank to not part with my personal banking details.
please help asap. thanks

is there is any prohibition in parking of T permit car (owned by the member) in society premises. Owner has a business of car rental and park only one car like other members. society is not permitting the parking,Member does not have any other car than this T permit. pl guide the rule.

Recently in our organisation promotions for 2 posts were conducted on the basis of seniority cum merit. I am second in seniority. the management has given promotion to number 3 in seniority by skipping me. there are no remarks in my carrier. pl advice me how to proceed and defination for seniority cum merit.
