Signature Forgery on Insurance Application.

I applied for ULIP thru' bank and because the policy was miss-sold had to change to another scheme. The necessary forms were filled by the bank in my absence and even the signature on the form was done by bank employee. Further the agent enticed me with all the glory of new scheme, I even applied the same in wife’s name and necessary forms were filled and money transferred. After repeated communicating with them for 4 months, we got the policy documents but with many mistakes. We approached the bank for corrections and they sent us letter stating that the necessary correction will be done and new documents will be issued within 10 days time. It is been 14 months since I invested money and have not got my documents and hence asked for cancellation of policy. I had written to highest authority in bank but they refused to cancel my policy. I lodged my complaint with IRDA and after repeated follow up, the bank is now contradicting their earlier letters and is ready to cancel my policy and make refund. I have asked for full refund of money along with the compensation for holding the funds for 14 months and compensation for time and money spent in communicating via international telephone calls from United Arab Emirates, courier charges and e-mails sent to various offices and also for the miseries and mental agony suffered during this period. I would like to enquire what further steps must be taken to ensure that I get rightful compensation from the bank who have agreed to cancel my policy and refund (amount not disclosed) as they have probably realized the errors and mischief created by them by not giving the documents after 14 months and as they have forged my signature in my application (which I think is criminal offence). Kindly advice.
Thanking you

RENT DISPUTE

There is four owners (say A, B, C,D)of a bulding. Rent is collected by two co-owners(A,B) as signature on the rent receipt is only of two co-owners(A,B). A legal notice is sent to the tenants of the building by the other two co-owners(C,D)that they have not received rent & as they are the owners of the property. Previouly, signature on the rent receipt were of A,B & C and after some time only signature of A & B were found on rent receipt. What legal action can be taken against the tenants & what is the remedy that tenants can have. Property is at Howrah (WB, India) under Howrah Municipal Corporation.

Can I sue mobile company

Few years ago, Mr. X did some thing wrong by mobile.Mobile company awarded ASI for the arrest . Actually mobile company awarded ASI to save own skin as they forgot to edit the contents before making it visible to all in public. news came in media and mobile company declared Mr. X culprit.

Mr. X got arrested but got acquitted as complaining party was declared hostile.

Can Mr. X sue the mobile company for defamation ?

How could mobile company award the ASI just for arresting Mr. X when arrested person was never proved guilty ?

Interest for delay in settlement of gratuity

I married a woman working with Central government with 2 daughters aged 6 & 8,. She died of cancer.I took family pension for 3 years and then asked my bankers to stop it. It took me 8 years to get the Guardianship of minor daughters.Subsequently I claimed for my late wife's benefits like gratuity, family Pension and General Provident fund. Six months have passed since I made claim to benefits. Department wants NOC from CPWD for the flat that she was occupying while in service for releasing Gratuity. Directorate of Estate is keeping mum not giving me the NOC in spite of several reminders.
I would like to know whether I should go for legal option to recover gratuity and whether I can claim interest for the last 8 years as there was no one to claim the benefits because the children were minors.
