Sir,
i am a member of co. Op. Housing society in navi mumbai, maharashtra.& i had given my flat on rent, & for that i had been charged 20% extra maintenance towards non occupancy charges, as per my information housing societies can't charge more than 10% towards non occupancy charge. When i told this to society secretary he told me that the decision is passed in general body & you can go to court if u want.& refuse to take maintenance with 10% non occupancy charges.
So please advice me what should i do in such circumstances.

plese answer the quistion how the local court work means which kind of case presenrt in which case what is jmfc civil nature case in which court criminal nature in which cort limit of jurdiscprition of court

I was Married in 2008.
Recently I visited Ghaziabad Court to Register my Marriage. But the lawyer says You need to get a certificate from any gazetted officer/ SSP / CMO / Army Officer to certify your marriage first.
Than it will go to marriage registrar.
also he is asking for Rs. 3000/- for the entire process.
Please Guide.

My son went for an interview in india's reputed I.T. company through a job placement agency.He succeded in interview and the said I.T.company offered him the job and told him that he will receive the appointment letter through the placement agency.The placement agency asked my son to surreder his passport to them and the passport will remain with them until he serves the said I.T.company.Is the placement agency is right for his demand to surrender the passport?

you all have answered me that digital evidence are unmissable but can it be challanged in highcourt or what plea can be given as it is the only thing which is obstructing the bail of the concerned person.(one photograph taken from a atm cc camera footage in which they are saying that the person is accused)

Respected Sir/Madam
We have Arbitration and conciliation Act 1996. In that provisions for conciliation are given. But there is doubt in my mind relating to concepts of Mediation and Conciliation. Mediation has not been defined in the Act. In both these methods 3rd party participates in dispute between parties. But what is the exact difference between Mediation and Conciliation?
