I have cleared National Insurance Company Ltd. Law officer written examination. and got interview call letter. I thoroughly searched on internet about Public sector undertaking interviews but not satisfied with material available. So I desperately need help from someone who can tell me about these sort of interviews. Its my first attempt. I give you some illustrative questions to clear the picture.
1. Which laws should I read?
2. What questions they can ask?

I request for relevant case laws supporting the fact that when one has not been a member or a director of a company, such a person cannot be made party to the Company winding up procedure.

May I know as to what should the complainant do in case of typing mistakes in the appointments of the Opposite parties in the order issued by the President Consumer court. Can the OP take benefit of doubt by saying that the order is not bound on us and do not take action as per order?

People like ARUP who is arrogant , non legal person and his counter parts like rajoo dish out replies on every question whether they know or not. And by proxy they thank each other and thus look as most thanked persons on the site.
Till the management of this site tracks this mischief and drive out such persons from the site , I feel every body of us much check these persons at each and every opportunity so that the quality of this site is maintained.

Its a case of andhra pradesh. a women made short term deposit appointed her daughter and her sisters daughter as nominees. NOw they want to draw the deposit amount from bank. She had no other legal heirs except these two. Bankers demanding legal heir certificate. HOw it can b obtained pls code the procedure and where from it is to be obtained.
