CAN ANY EXPERT TELL ME WHAT TO DO IF OUR VEHICLE IS INVOLVED IN A TRAFFIC ACCIDENT CAUSING MINOR/MAJOR DAMAGE TO BOTH THE VEHICLES BUT NO PERSONAL INJURY. ALSO IF THERE IS PERSONAL INJURY TO ANY PERSON.
I HAVE SEEN PEOPLE FIGHTING ON THE ROADS TRYING TO RETRIEVE MONEY FROM EACH OTHER TO GET THE VEICLE REPAIRED.

SIR,
I am an an advocate, preparing to write the District Judge Examination (Descriptive Examination consisting of all major 35 Act of both civil and criminal ), conducted by kerala higher judicial service examination.
so, i need , all your whole hearted help and assistance, in clearing in my doubts how to write this examination.
(1) firstly, i am told that i have to write as much case laws , as possible. but, her , mu doubt is that, whether , simply the name of the parties is enough ?(Balfour Vs Balfour )
or whether i have to write the mode of citation itself ? ( eg . AIR 1985 SC ...).
if name of the parties alone is sufficient , it will be easy to remember, but, whether if such a particular case law is not familiar with the evaluator, whether , i will lose my mark ?
or, if some unscrupulous candidates write some fake case laws, whether they will get marks ?
minimum how may case laws i have to write for each topic ? is there any stipulations ?
how i should write my essays , to get maximum marks ?
please also , give me tips on all other important aspects also ?
also, please tell me what are the important topics on TP, and Indian succession Act, Hindu succession Act, etc which i feel most difficult Act to digest ?

if a guy join a Indian army. after 10 11 months shown a psychiatric category her service is ended by army officials .his oath period also not completed . after return to a home a guy passed 3 years of BA Also he Passed out 2 semisters Of journalism degree course .yet the army not granted him family pension .Whats the procedure For pension or Rejoin to army?

Is there any guideline/directive to be followed in the following scenario?
An employee of the Company has put up an RTI query to the PIO of the same company. He is allowed to go through documents containing the information he requires. Can the Company insist that he should take leave for the time he is engaged in examining the documents, since the documents can be made available for examination during office hours only, and the employee seeking the infromation has to be necessarily away from his workplace at the time.

I am a co-owner with my Grand father (GF) of our residence. After my GF’s demise, my father is owning my GF’s share. Now my Father wants to give his share to me.
My father has decided to make relinquishment deed in my favor.
But I am told that sub registrar might ask to go for gift deed inplace of relinquishment deed.
Which is the correct way ? When relinquishment deed & gift deed are made?

Madam/Sir,
Our Civil appeal in the Supreme court is pending since 2004. The case was included in the terminal list of 2009 of the supreme court. Kowever it was not listed/taken up in 2009/10. In the terminal list of 2010 the case was NOT INCLUDED.The case waaaas included in the preliminary list for the vacation court in MAY - JUNE 2011. Our advocate was leaving the country during the vacation and so had written to the Registry not to take up yhe matter duringthe vacation. Now in the terminal list for 2011 the case is not included. Does this mean the case will not be taken up in 2011-12? Is there any way we can request the court to take up the same? - CA NO 5884 of 2004

Is there any remedy available to a borrower after sale certificate is issued by the Secured Creditor to an auction purchaser.
In a case, the secured creditor sold in auction , a security interest, in July 2010. Certificate of sale also issued. The borrower had moved DRT to get a stay on the sale. Interim orders of stay had been granted. After the expiry of the Interim stay period, the bank conducted auction and sold the property. Meanwhile the borrower, moved DRT and got an order of stay from dispossession. Now after issuing sale certificate nearly an year ago, the bank has obtained order from CMM under 14(1) of Sarfaesi act to take possession of the property through an advocate commissioner. Pursuant to the CMM's order, the borrower was dispossessed. Can a secured creditor obtain an order from CMM under 14(1) after issuing sale certificate?
If it is contrary to law, what is the option available to the borrower?
Has the borrower any remedy to nullify the certificate of sale at this stage?
Would our experts kindly enlighten me?
