NOTICE UNDER SECTION 13(2) WAS SERVED ON THE BORROWER BY THE BANK ON 25.08.09. ON 26.09.09 HE FILED OBJECTIONS TO THE TNOTICE. THE BANK FAILED TO GIVE REPLY TO THE SAME WITHIN STIPULATED PERIOD. INSTEAD ISSUED THE SAME NOTICE AGAIN WITH DATE CHANGE ON 23.12.09.
WHAT IS THE STATUS OF EARLIER NOTICE WILL IT BECOME INFRUCTIOUS?
CAN ANOTHER NOTICE BE ISSUED IN SUCH LIKE STIUATIONS, IF SO UNDER WHAT PROVISION OF THE ACT?
WHAT IF THE BORROWER CHALLENGED THE LEGALITY OF THE NOTICE?
WHAT STEPS THE BANK SHOULD TAKE IN SUCH SITUATIONS?
THE BORROWER MOVED TO HIGH COURT CHLLENGING THE VALIDITY. WHAT IS THE DEFENCE BANK SHOULD TAKE? I WANT TO KNOW FROM THE POINT OF BANK.

Respected seniors please, is there any guidelines of bar council or SC for the "Protest by lawyers/ strike"?
In what manner bar association should show their protest on a genuine issue, while Supreme court says lawyers can't go on strike.

I purchased Volvo Monthly Bus pass for the month of December 2010, by paying Rs.1,350/- and thereafter while traveling I lost said Volvo Monthly Bus Pass on Bus on 03.12.2010. I waited for 4 days anticipating to get a call from the person who may have got my lost pass. Even after 4 days I have not received any call, I decided to purchase New Volvo Monthly Pass for December 2010 and he started using the new pass from 06.12.2010.
On 11.10.2010, I has received a telephonic call from one Mr. Guru stating that he has got the custody of the lost Volvo Monthly Bus pass and he handed the lost Volvo Monthly Bus pass 13.12.2010 to me.
Now I left with Two Bus Monthly Passes issued by the B.M.T.C. Bangalore. I requsted the Dy.Transporter Officer (Volvo Bus) and The Managing Director of The Bangalore Metropolitan Transport Corporation to adjust Rs.1,350/- paid towards the subsequent pass for the next month or Refund the amount.
I wanted to file consumer case before the Court. Therefore I request you to advice me and give me any judgement in this regard.

my son and i use a different surname .ie i and my wife use tibrewal but he uses agarwal so are there any legal complications in future?
basically we are a part of the agarwal community and various surnames can be used.

Regarding Mental Torture of Nursery Student
Meri ek teen saal ki ladki hai usko maine ek Play School me rakha hai. Vo pahle 10 din to khush hokar school gai baad me ek deen boli muje school nahi jana hai madam muje marti hai . Maine ye baat Teacher ko batai to usne bola haa maine usko data tha or wall ke samne khada kar diya tha or 5 baar sorry bolne ko kaha usne sorry bolne ko mana kar rahi thi to maine usko mara tha sab teacher or aayaa bhi thi . Teacher ne bola vo apne water bag aage rakhne ko nahi detee hai or bolti hai me apni waterbag kyu doo? Me toilet me bar bar kyu jau ? is tarah samne javab detee hai. Aur muje bola ki we can't tolerate this type of behaviour. Muje iske baare me pls. guide karo ki me teacher / School ke samne kya action le saktahu aur konsa Act lagu hoga. Play School Ek badi aur naam wali School chala rahi hai.
