Dear all Experts,
It is my request to you all to reply to the queries, to the maximum extent possible from the legal perspective. If one is not clear or is ignorant of the matter, it is best not to answer the query. No one can be expected to know everything. Law is such a vast subject, even the senior most advocates keep learning the law till their last breath.
If you read this query:
http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Regulated-restricted-prohibited-banned-232641.asp
You will find that it has been replied to get answers from www.dictionary.com
If you read this query:
http://www.lawyersclubindia.com/experts/Query-for-learned-advocates-and-experts-230561.asp
You will find that one expert rather than concentrating on the query, for the reasons best known to him, is more keen to unmask the anonymity of the querist!
Other expert is trying to divert the attention by saying irrelevant things like "why are you afraid....?" etc. Then he is trying to create an impression that the whole of the Constitution of India and all the statutes have the right to violate or override Articles 13(1), 13(2), 19(1)(a) and 20(3).
sir,
please tell me about legal aid, what is the procedure for legal aid.whether the district court has legalaid, plz tell me legalaid in detail via dineshrajaips@gmail.com

1) I have sent an RTI application to a bank with my name but forgot to put the signature.
- what happens?
2) I enclosed the Criminal case FIR copy
also with it. I didnt mention any sections or Sub-section of RTI ACT 2005.
- So will it be treated as Life or Liberty request?

I understand as a routine the HC Judges are rotated from the benches they occupy irrespective of the stages the cases they were handlingstands. Will the leaving judge put a short on where the cases stood on the day he left so that the successor picks up from there or the new judge starts hearing the case from the start.?
