Insurance law - related to claims

In case of young deaths where the doctor has advised a post mortem to be done, but is not done by the family of the deceased, does the insurance company have a right to reject the claim on grounds of "cause of death uncertain"?

Everybody cannot be a hero

i had desired of getting valuable suggestion covering varied possible angles from different professionals, but found that most of them prefer making comments - i agree, i fully agree, already replied, replied by my learned friend and more surprisingly making allegation that trying to exploit commercially.
can you explain what this platform is meant for?
if you are hell bent on not giving right advice without payment, please stop misguiding or pls. stop pretending to be the messiah of the oppressed.
and do not humiliate the ignorant on some pretext or the other.
under stress and not being fully aware of the platform format, i made repeated queries accidentally, which i acknowledged thru pm and humbly apologized to learned sirs who felt disturbed.
but in reply, what followed proved that there are several ego-maniacs on board who feel better by making fun of the distressed.
please make room for professionals who genuinely want to do good to the society.

Excess amount paid for registration of flat by error

I have purchased a flat at Vashi of which the agreement value was Rs. 18 Lakhs and accordingly the Registration amount was Rs. 18000/- But due to oversight on my Legal consultants part he had asked me to get a demand draft of Rs. 30000/-. I being a laymen got a draft for Rs. 30000/- and the same was given to the Registrar. The registrar gave a receipt for Rs. 18000/- as the registration charges amounted to Rs. 18000/-. However the same came to light when i went to collect the original documents from my consultant. The registrar has taken a draft of Rs. 30000/- and issued receipt of Rs. 18000/-. I have been following up with my concultant for the refund of Rs. 12000/- for almost 20 months but I am getting some excuse or the other. I would like to know how can i get the refund in this case. Secondly can i claim compensation(either from the Registrar or my consultant)for the delay and mental agony caused due to the above issue.

Delay in trial of forest cases.

One forest case instituted in the year 1997 is still pending against one client. The offence was reported by the Divisional Forest Officer to the Magistrate for taking cognizance and commence trial. Initially he was charged with offence u/s 24 of Assam Forest Regulation Act. Surprising after a few years, the DFO again wrote to the trial Magistrate that case against the accused be tried u/s 41 of the said Act as no prima facie evidence was found to the earlier charge. The magistrate discharged the accused in the year 2002. However, the Forest Dept. went on appeal to the High Court as the proper procedure was not followed by the trial court. The high court directed fresh trial of case. As per direction of the high court, case being re-trial afresh. Charge been explained to the accused to which he pleaded not guilty, 2 witnesses out of 4 been examined and the remaining 2 will be examined shortly.

The said offence is punishable which may extend to 6 months and/or with fine which may extend to Rs. 500/- only.

Can the accused pray for acquittal on the following grounds:

1. Violation of Right to Speedy Trial.
2. Benefit of Doubt on the offence purported to be committed.
3. Seizure list defects.

Please help!
