mr. r.ramchandaran

In today's newspaper I read that Mr. R. Ramchandaran is appointed as amicus curie in Azmal Kasab's hanging case, appealed in Supreme Court. Is he the same, who is Expert in this site ?

Anonymous   11 October 2011 at 10:20

"anonymous" query.

Dear Experts, I have seen today a P.M of Shri Raj Kumar Makkad addressed to Shri R. Ramachandaran as per which both seems to be of opinion that "Anonymous" Query should not be answered. They should explain the reasons for that also.
Whereas I can explain the Merits of "Anonymous" Query as under:-
1. "Anonymous" will not hesitate to ask query
2. BY doing so his privacy will be maintained.
3. Nobody can blackmail the questioner if he hide his Identity.
4.You are well aware that most of the student hesitate to ask question from their class teacher in class room assuming that the teacher will insult him by saying “what a foolish question” but infact his question is not foolish and it is advantageous to other student also and some time advantageous to the teacher itself. The same applies to the questioner and experts here.
Your decision is nothing but discourage the persons for using this platform for their personal problem.
Both of U are the Respected and topmost Experts on this site and the people are in need of your good suggestions. My humble request to you to please review your Decision.

Marriage promises

Sir,
I am looking for serious advice for my friend. My friend fell in love with a guy who is from a different city and a different community.Although they never had any physical/sexual relationship, she was emotionally very much attached to this guy and loved him more than her life. Both of them knew that their parents will not agree to their marriage.Initially the guy convinced her saying that he can convince his parents. He even came down from Bangalore to Lucknow just to meet the girl and he even called her parents asking for their consent. The girl was emotionally moved by such committment from the guy and was determined to take their relationship further and fought with her parents. After a few months suddenly the guy started saying that his parents are not agreeing and that he wants to breakup.Though the girl tried her best to hold on to this relationship, the guy finally backed out and got engaged to the girl of his parents choice. Now the girl, my friend, is devastated. She fought with her parents and all other relatives with the single hope that he will marry him.Now she is unable to face any of her relatives on this issue. This has caused considerable damage to her self-esteem, confidence. She is just not able to accept how this guy played with her emotions, lied about everything and at the end got engaged to someone else. She has all the letters, photos and other chat messages exchanged between them which contains marriage committment too.
Please suggest if there is any legal action that can be taken against the guy to cause such emotional harrassment, embarrassment, agony and pain to the girl and her family.
