In today's newspaper I read that Mr. R. Ramchandaran is appointed as amicus curie in Azmal Kasab's hanging case, appealed in Supreme Court. Is he the same, who is Expert in this site ?

I am nowhere near that stage!

It is Mr. Raju Ramachandran, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court. He was also asked to submit an enquiry report in regard to some of the Gujarat Encounter Cases.
