Dear Members,
I have gathered all the relevant information through RTI and found that the school running in my area has not taken any kind of permission from the development authority to run school. Also, the school manager has managed to get the authority of running school from a private house from Madhyamik Shiksha, UP. After knowing all this we have made the complain before Madhyamik Shiksha Vibhag but they are acting like they don't know anything. They complain has also been made against development authority but they are not taking any action. Pls give your opinions ?

Can a doctor's medical licence be canceled if he is accused of aexual harrassment? Is yes, what is the procedure to get that done?

Hi Sir
My name is Tony Koovaparampil, I had booked 5 tickets to Kerala from Madgoan (Goa) to Kottayam (Kerala) on 6th of May, the train is been cancelled due to some sort of reason may be due to the increases of Corona virus cases in India. However the ticket is cancelled and the booking agent caught around 600 rupees from me and when I questioned him they were very rude, this is not not just about money I just want them to learn how to treat customers well, where can I lodge a complaint against them?

AS I HAVE GIVEN LOAN OF Rs. 400000/- IN JAN 2017.
BY NEFT . LOAN WAS GIVEN TO PROPRITER SHIP CONCERN . AND IN THE YEAR 2017-2018 HE HAS ACCURED INT IN HIS BOOKS AND DEDUCT TDS AS PER NORMS.
SAME WAS DONE IN 2018-2019.
AND IN THE YEAR 2019-20 WHEN I APPROCHED HIM THAT EVERY TIME YOU ARE ONLY ACCRING INT IN YOUR BOOKS AND COPY OF UPDATED LEDGER YOU ARE GIVING BUT NOW (I.e IN YEAR 2019-2020) I WANT MONEY BACK .
HE GIVE ME SOME EXCUSES AND LATER IN THE YEAR 2020-2021 HE SAID I HAVE WRITTEN UP(IN CASH) YOUR ENTRY IN MY BOOKS OF ACCOUNTS IN THE YEAR 2020-2021. AND GIVEN ME Rs. 100000/- IN MY PERSONAL individual ACCOUNT THOUGH THE LOAN WAS GIVEN TO HIM BY MY HUF ACCOUNT.
SO PLEASE SUGGEST ME HOW CAN I DEAL WITH THIS MATTER AS LOCKDOWN IS GOING ON PEOPLE ARE DESPRATE NEED OF MONEY
AND I HAVE I ALSO LODGED GRIEVENCE IN INCOME TAX DEPT REGARDING NON- COMPLIANCE, DEDUCTION AND PAYEMNT OF TDS.
AND THE COMPLIANT PROGRESS IS GIONG ON.
THUS IS IT COMES UNDER IPC 420 ?? OR NOT ??

I am living in a cooperative society. In my block top floor members had installed their ac outdoor units on the terrace and it is too much noise. I have formally asked my block secretary to remove those units in the common area which has been used for personal usage to fit outdoor ac units. But he did not act. At that time only one member had fitted his outdoor unit. But, last year, all four members had feet their outdoor unit on the terrace, and mostly all the terrace walls are filled with an outdoor unit. Now, I can not even do Yoga or slight walk on the terrace due to compressor hit and noise.
I do not know what to do now as I am fond of nature and very much enjoy it from the terrace. Please guide me on where to complain regarding this and which law is useful to fight for it. I am from Ahmedabad, Gujarat state.

Hello.
The office where I have to file an application says that I have to duly authenticate and verify all the documents. What is the procedure for that? Will writing certified to be true copy on photocopied documents and signing below it suffice?

My case running in court is never called out. And latter new date is uploaded online. Where can I complain against the staff for this.?

Dear Sir,
I would like to know the procedure for Deletion of the 2nd name (due to death) from the Share Certificate of a Co. op. Housing Society. The Share Certificate of a Co.op Housing Soc. has two names as per the agreement. 1st Name Husband, 2nd name Wife. My wife died due to a Heart Attack. so her name is to be deleted from the Share Certificate. There is no addition of any name in the share certificate.

Regarding consumer complaint for one or more consumers
10 consumer hired good and service from one service provider. Service suffered from multiple deficiencies. service was the same and on same date with similar defects. Consumer want to raise complaint for benefits of all the consumers with similar interest seeking similar reliefs.
1. Whether application for permission of district forum has to submitted before the complaint or along with complaint?
2. Whether name of all the consumer for whose' benefit permission is sought be mentioned in the application for permission?
3. When complaint is filed for the benefit or behalf of all the affected consumer is filed, Whether all the names have to be written or only abc and ors vs xyz?
4. Does complainant have to submit invoices for purchase of service in question of all the consumers or only the main complainant?
5. Is authorization for filing complaint necessary to be obtained from other consumers in above scenario?
6. Can application for permission be filed online on edakhil?
