If an advocate on the roll of State bar has paid professional tax upto 2017 and has taken employment in a Company and Company keeps it on its payroll and deducts professional tax, and that advocate tells the company to show his paid challan and certificate of Prof Tax if upon enquiry by the Prof Tax department. Then can the Prof Tax department tell the bar council that an advocate is employed in company and can bar council take action against that advocate. That advocate has not informed the bar about taking full time employment. The advocate is employed by way of appointment letter as Sr.Officer legal.

Respected,
Experts
I want to pass on information to income tax deptt. against my one of our neighbour ,who have gathered huge black money & possess dis-proportionate wealth against their known souces of income . The said persons are hoarders, land grabbers and also have huge benaami properties and who are very rude with everybody .
As a law abiding citizen, I request for the procedure and information by which I can highlight their misdeeds to income tax deptt.
I am newly join this profession (lawyer of Orissa High Court) I want to file E-TDS file but I don’t know the procedure. When I check at net I know that for E-filing there need a ID.
My question is how can I file by E-file procedure?
How can I get that ID? What is the procedure for that ID?
Haryana Government Service Rules earlier provided for employment of next eligible in case of death of an existing employee. However the practive of providing alternate employment has been dispensed with and a monetary help in the shape of financial assistance is provided to the spouse of such deceased employee which is equal to his/her last salary drawn and it continues till such deceased employee (if alive) would have reached the age of retirement. There-after the spouse gets normal pension/family pension as the case may be.
My querry is whether such assistance is "Profit in liew of Salary" or is taxable under the head "salaries" or is taxable under the head "income from other sources"
some body asked me that it is fully exempt.
Xperts pls share their views.
