I HAVE E-FILED TAX AUDIT REPORT OF ONE OF MY CLIENT FOR THE YEAR AY 2013-14 BUT NOT FILE RETURN OF INCOME FOR THAT PARTICULAR ASSESSMENT YEAR CAN I REVISED THAT AUDIT REPORT BY MODIFYING THE INCOME IN THE PROFIT AND LOSS ACCOUNT BY REVISED AUDIT REPORT IN AY 2014-15 ? IF YES THEN WHETHER MY CASE CAN BE GET SCRUTINIZED BY THE IT DEPARTMENT ?

Dear experts ,
I am a salaried employee in a state govt department . TDS deducted from my salary . I have a FD . I have a agriculture income also . I have given my agriculture land to my brother on lease . every year he gives me 60000 ( average of 15 years ) from last 15 years . Since i was receiving lease income i rarely used my salary income , i also used my agri income to make an fd , i have also received cash gifts from my father , mother and brothers also . I also made an fd with the help of those gift deeds .
Should i file an itr ? What should i do ?

respected experts ,
My father had gifted my wife some amount ( 1 lacs ) on official water mark paper in 1989 . She utilized that amount at different different places like ( fd , land , gold etc ). Now my father is no more and now a days water mark paper is not used to make a gift deed . Sir the gift deed what i have is still valid or not ? Still i have that deed . Will it be ok ?

Dear Sir,
If a person bought land from government on lease for re devolopment purpose. due to financial hardship he is not being able to pay lease amount so now he wants to transfer ownership of land to another devloper. Will this attract service tax liability on the person who bought the land from goverment on lease. ?

1. A partnership firm comprising business of Builder and Land developer can take the benefit of Accounting Standard 7 “Construction Contracting” and can avail the benefit of Revenue Recognition in valuation of closing work in progress.
2. While valuing closing WIP, can it be added the finance cost (Interest on Capital) and administrative expenses (Remuneration to Partners) since all the partners are working partners.
And also please give the sections, case laws applicable to the case.

In case of civil contractor who have received payment from PWD (govt. deptt.). While filing ST-3 whether he can claim exemption for the said payment by citing notification 25/2012?
