Spiral staircase permission reqd from Society or BMC

I have 2 flats having rooms on two floors that can be connected via a spiral staircase to access from both Hall , do I have to take permission of housing society or Mumbai Municipal corporation as i will not damage and outside structure of bldg except i have to make
exit from ceiling of my lower floor and
floor of upper floor.

Buying a House

Dear Sir,
I would like to know that is it better to buy a house with one's terminal benifits or seek an appropriate bank loan under following constraints:

Terminal Benifits 50 Lakhs
House cost 47 Lakhs
Individual in 30% tax bracket and will continue to be so for next 4 years.

Agreement with Builder

Hi,
We have purchased a flat in a township.
In the agreement the builder has mentioned that the amenities (clubhouse and swimming pool will be outsourced to 3rd party. This means we need to pay to avail the amenities.
Also the builder has kept the rights to raise hoardings or mobile tower. Also the agreement mentions that any changes in the plans or designs of the buildings or the amenities will be taken by him solely and the flat owners will not have any voice against it. A lot of things have been changes and have not been communicated to us.
How valid is the Agreement? can the builder do a business on the amenities provided for the society where the amenities are built from the money aid by the flat owners?

land owner changed/ what is tenant right

i am having shop from last 12yrs and land owner had sold the property to another man, can new owner tell us to vacate shop or he me increase rent, if he increase rent upto how much he can increase, and i want to know fair rent, how it is calculated, iam having shop in chennai electricals market, the building is 30yrs old, with 14 tenents in it, i am having all rent receipts, and shop rent agreement, and paying rent correctly. please let me know how fair rent is calculated,

Settlement deed

Sir/Madam,
During 2003,I executed a settlement deed in favour of a pastor giving a certain property of mine in the name of a charitable institution of which he is the president.He took possession of the property and later i understood that he defrauded me and did not allow me to enter the premises and utilized for his own family. Actually there were conditions in the deed that the property will be utilized only for church and charitable purposes. I filed a suit for recovery. but dismissed. Now i have moved an appeal. please help.

Use of residential apartment as an ofice work place

We are a private limited company own a residential apartment in a cooperative society in Ahmedabad. Our company is a member of the society. The share certificate is issued in name of our company.

When we purchase this property from the developer, he has allowed us to use the partment for office work space passing a special resolution in the society. and got the same resulation passed in the District Panchayat also.

This property falls within the limits of Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation. Our property is assesed as a coomercial property by the municipal corporation, and we are payning municipal tax for commercial use.

From very begining we are paying maintenance charges 2 times than other residential occupents in our society.

Now from few days administration body of our sociesty is demanding 7 times the maintenance charge against residential occupents. They have stop facilities of lift and thretening us to discunnect our water connection.

We request you to please advice us on this issue and kindly provide judgement relating to our query.
