I am a hindu.I got property from my father.
i am married, i have a son
i make a will in my sons name
after death he gets the property
Now my question is
after my death my property goes to my son
If he dies without marriage
is the property goes to my wife?
or it goes to my brothers and their childern

Respected Sirs, We have a ancestral property, where the suit for partition is pending, subject to final decree. The property is under the court receiver. After the preliminary decree was passed with the commisioner being appointed for amicable division of the property,the widow and divorcee daughter(having no issues) of the 1/5th undivided share had registered a gift deed document,to an outsider having no blood relation. The other co-owners had challenged the gift deed in the trial court. Trial court disposed the gift deed as not valid. Reasons cited were that the donor was not having actual possession in the undivided property, and that there were no two witness to the registered gift deed The donee appealed in the high court to be intervener in the said suit, and claimed that gift deed should be declared valid as per Mohammedan law. High court referred the case again to the trial court judge to reconsider the judgement as per muslim law. Please cite reasons for gift deed to be invalid.

The case where the property of my parents were sold and they gifted us the money and we bought the property from that fund, then if I have gifted it back to my mother through valid power of attorney because of my wife's wrong behaviour and then filing for divorce, then what is the status.

my father got the property in bangalore through will from my grand father
my father has paid property tax and katha is in his name from 40 years
property is not registered in sub register office
now my father mada a will in my name. ( my father is no more)
my question is what are the formalities i have to follow to get it registered in sub- register office

I have house which is on mother name and my name. I want to cancel my name from property so that my mother can take sole decision about property. which of below option is good and how much will be cost?
1) Gift deep
2) Release deed.
3) Settlement deed.
4) House transfer.
Your help will be highly appreciated. Can you give me name of any good lawyer in Mumbai who can do it.

My client took loan from bank. He has link documents of property since 1961. but bank demanded documents before 1961. is it necessary or not?? is there any provision regarding this? possession also establish about 48 year and property is free hold

there wer 2 brothers who did buisness(50%share each)one of the brother died who had two sons.these two sons are doing buisness having 25% share each in buisness.now the brother who is alive has no sons but three daughters who are all married.one of the husbands of these married daughters joined the buisness.Is the husband of this married daughter entitled to join the buisness & what will be the share of these married daughters as they are demanding their share in family buisness.are those 2 sons who i mentioned in the start have legally more right than the others.please clarify in depth
