Sir,
My father and his brothers have a agriculture land.we have to partition it now. But his brothers are not coming forward for partition. We both have cattles and we depend on that land for feeding cattles. Now if we file a partition suit won't we able to use that land. And how long will it take to get partitioned.

Hello sir
I want to enquire about the partition deed. My father and his elder brother are two legal hiers of the named property in Delhi after relinquishment deed registered in Aug 2016. But now we want to get the partition deed registered ( floor wise ) my father's elder brother is denying to get the partition deed registered without giving any specific reasons. This property has 4 floors including the ground floor.
So pls suggest a way how we can get this deed registered without involving the elder brother, as we have tried to convince him but he is not agreeing to do that. So pls suggest / advice your opinion to get my father's share registered in his name.
Regards
Rahul

Hi,
This is regarding registration of new apartment.
Sale Agreement was executed in mine and my Father's Name. Now during registration, in the Sale Deed my father does not want his name to be included. Is this possible?
He is a joint borrower in the home loan.
Regards,
Yash

I am a woman of 80 years of age. My husband passed away in 1980. I have 2 sons and no daughter. My husband owned a flat in a registered society. My husband did not make a Will. After his death, the flat was transferred in my name for which no back up documents are available with the society or with me. Even my sons' written consent for transferring the flat on my name is not available with me or with the society.Every month the society sends the bill for taxes and sinking fund on my name and I have been paying these bills regularly. The original agreement for the purchase of this flat by my husband from the builder is lost by me and the society has no copy of the said agreement. The building has still not got the Occupation Certificate from the Municipality and there is no conveyance deed. The society has given me a letter stating that I am a bonafide member of this society owning the said flat and it has no objection if I sell this flat to any person.I have a following query.
If I want to sale this flat how do I go about? Please advise !
