Sir my father was ex service man. Govt alloted 3acres land to him in 1999. But my uncle registered the land forcefully from my mother in 2005. But pass books were on my mothers name.and in 2011 my mother got compensation amount in 2011 from govt as the govt had taken 110cents land for road in our land for dump yard . We are 2 sisters. And we did not signed in the registration documents. My uncle got pass books in 2017. How should we proceed to get back our land.

Dear sir, in a co-op,hsg society our house was on joint name of my father and mother...our society entered into redevelopment and the agreement was carreid out by my father &-mother...further we shifted to rented house, wherein my father passed away (expired)..as he has registered me as registered nominee of 100%...with due consent of my sister & mother & as per laws of co-operative hsng society my name was registered as a member on socity records & on share certificates. Now our redevelopment has completed and we are into registration process...and now I have been told by registrar .office that my name cannot be mentioned on agreement as the initial registration while starting of our redevelopment ,was of my father & mother so the new agreemnt will also be on their name only...tho we have submitted all documents as per co ~op hsng society...
Please guide and also please advice how safe am I to hold 50% joint owner...thankyou

Dear Experts,
My case is --
1- My father died in 1985 and my mother purchased a plot in her name and constructed a house on that with the funds received.
2- We are two brothers, I am the elder one.
3- I got married and living with my Mother and wife in that house.
4- Later on my brother got his job and living in Delhi since 2003. He also got married in Delhi and his wife is also doing job in Delhi.
4- In the meantime I have taken care of my mother as the bast as I can.
5- I have also invested my hard earned money for the renovation/ reconstruction of the house.
6- Things changed between my mother and us. And now my mother, on the provocation of my brother is ready to sell the house.
7- My brother is saying that there will be three parts of the money after the sell of the house. One of mother and the rest two of us (brothers)
My question is --
1- What are my legal rights in this case ?
2- How could I claim the money I invested to renovate/ reconstruct the house ?
3- Could I file a case demanding the entire money (the money I invested to renovate + my part after the sell)
