Can I sell property without transeferring to legal hairs ?
If Yes, which processes I need to do ?
If Not , which processes I need to do to transfer property on my mother's name ?

Hi All,
I have bought a property in 1995 and at that time the property belonged to a Minor. Both the Minor's parents have signed and sold the property. Now after 20 years the Minor is claiming right on this property. At the time of sale in 1995 the minor was aged 15 years.
Please suggest what should the remediation steps .

Dear Sir,
I had booked a flat at Andheri in 2015, with a reputed builder in a prime project comprising of six towers. I booked a 3 BHK flat in the proposed tower for which building work was yet to commence. I made 40% payment for that at that time. Builder issued me allotment letter and payment receipts. Builder has still not commenced the work for the same tower and is blaming market situations and asking me to shift to another tower. I don't want to shift to another tower and instead want my money back. Builder is saying he cannot return the money immediately and asking me to wait for one year or so to get the money back. He will pay in instalments. What should I do to recover the money with interest?

Hi ,
I have purchased 1st floor flat with open terrace. Now below my terrace a person has started flour mill due to which air pollution, sound pollution, and all the rooms vibrates a lot.
Earlier my flat was on the name of builder and he gave NOC to that person but while I was purchasing flat he didn't tell me about same. Cisco also allowed that person to run the flour machines.
Yet the society is not formed and neither he has pollution and health certificate. Also before starting he didn't take noc from other flat owners which resides next to me.
Can I file a case against shop owner to stop flour mill? Or builder who did permit that shop owner to start flour mill? How can cidco provides permission to flour mill in society? How should I progress please guide.

Respected sir, mere pita ji ne ma ke name par plot liya jispar hamne ghar banaya par ab maa Ka kahna hai ki yah Jamin chote wale Bhai ke name Kar degi. Mai do Bhai hoon. Mai bada tatha fauj me hoon aur doosra chhota Jo ki private job karta hai.
Mera manna hai ki ham dono bhai ka us Jamin par brabar Ka adhikar hai is liye yah dono Ka hona chahiye. Mai fauj me hoon isliye iska faida ootha Kar wo Jamin kabhi bhi chhote bhai ke naam Kar wanting hai. Iska upay batayen taki bina mere jane Jamin kisi ko na likha Jaye.

We have a property case in our family in this regard Tribunal members approached us for settlement & we are not agreed with them finally they including with opposite parties gave money to District AC and get Order in favour of one of the party and they are sold the land to a Builder, actually the said land belongs to our grandmother’s Father who is no more, after his death in 1972 opposite parties make forged document and saying we are purchased by him, up to 1974 our grandmother’s father's name is appearing in the RC records there after opposite persons names started to appear, it’s a Granted land / Scheduled caste, for that we have a lawyer for our side from last 2 years at Bangalore as per suggestion of lawyers club member but as we got the news that he is also got money and delaying the case and misleading us as per the opposite parties instruction, even from past 40 years at out native Lawyers also not supporting us because of local political pressure, but now we are fed up with our system.
Case history is: Land actually granted to our Grandmother’s father who have two daughters, for inconvenience to visit routine (Daily) at the land he instructed to look and care the land to persons who besides to our land, but after some days they started to say this is also our land we only cultivating and filed a case against our grandmother’s father, finally our Grandmother’s father won that case at that time it’s a matter of 1960’s. meanwhile at the time of case Two peoples acted as friends and well-wishers of our Grandmother’s father at Court hall and acted like we are with you for support against to fight with beside land owner and got knowledge about all history and family status. After death of our grandmother’s father they started to say we are purchased from the grantee and in that time again besides land owners entered the case and started to say we are the land owner by saying we are cultivated and in between them 40 years case happened and in that time our grandmother also filed a case and got justice there after our grandmother's sister handed over all original documents to opposite parties for money purpose, by using that again that two opposite parties filed case in between them by using forged documents and political power and money power. As of now making tactics and strategy to grab the land with politicians and builders they got Order in favour of a party and sold to a builder. but Still our lawyer not getting any steps.
Finally, I realised that all lawyers are not bad but some lawyers are in the corrupted path, and if we spend money we can overcome even if it is our fault, Justice is for sale.

I reside in a cooperative society in which around 84 flats are there. The builder has sold one car parking to each flat, some of the flat owners have purchased 2/3 car parkings by paying extras.
The car parking layout differs from the one which is approved by the CIDCO management. While handing over the society the builder has marked parking not as per the approved CIDCO plan. This way he has created some extra parkings and the car manoeuvring pathway is made narrow.
My question is can builder is authorized to make changes in the approved plan of CIDCO. Our society is registered society and we have received occupancy certificate also. But taking over the society from the builder is in process. After initially handing over the society to the members he keeps on selling the extra free space of car parking.
Please clarify it.

Hello sir/madam-
We are 3 siblings , I m youngest one living in USA, my dad expired in 2001.
I used to send the my earnings to my family for 5 years, they used that money to buy plots and homes in Hyderabad but now they are denying me the share and not showing how many properties they purchased. I came to know thru relatives that my mom is tranferring the properties to my sister and brother. What can I do, how can I know how much my mom has they are not giving me any documents related to plots or homes. They are jealous that I m in USA .
