Hi I am a 27 yrs male and has married a girl outside my caste. It's been 4 yrs ever since I got married and now also have a baby .my grandfather has made a will now and has declared that after his death,the house that we live in will be in the name of my father .my father now wants to throw me out of the house.my younger brother has joined a family business and I am working as an MBA.i can't join a business as I have a proper job.its a two bhk house where in one bedroom is acquired by my parents and I and my wife in the other bedroom. Now my younger brother wants to get married and my parents don't have additional money to buy a house for him a,and my brother does not want to live in a rental house.so they want to throw me out of the house with my wife and little baby.what can I do to prevent being thrown out of the house?can they throw me out of my grandfathers self acquired house just because it's named after my father in a will.?

This is Eswara Laxmi from kakianda, Andhra Pradesh and a married hindu. My mother died in 1986 as a working woman with state government employee and she have a own flat on her name at the time of death. Still that flat was on her name in site documents. But my father who got remarried a woman and have a girl chaild. Am I share holder of mother`s own property as my fater built a house in that same flat which was on my died mother`s name and still he enjoying pension benefits, insurance and family pension till date. He neglected me and that's way I want to claim my mother`s property. I want legal hire certificate also because I did not have legal hire certificate as I am minor when my father taken legal hire certificate in 1986 he only taken legal heir certificate.
So what is process I have to follow to claim my mother`s property

Dear sir/madam. If my parents gave me fargatti so that my wife cannot claim anything from property on the basis of child too. However its just a formality to secure ourself incase of divorce. Can they still be able to give me a share from property incase of death or can i live with them and claim my share from property or this can be reversed in future. Thankyou

Member Claims to be Owner of a Flat, but is evading Transfer of Certificate for 12 Years. Now...
Society is wanting to Re-Develop (Gujarat-Ahmedabad), All members have executed their Consent for Redevelopment except this so called member (unproven) and is Now holding the Society to Ransom for the Society's Re-Development.
The member is not Transferring and wants to sell directly but want to evade being a member or pay fees. But Pays Maintenance on old members name.
Is their a Solution, Law so that such members can be brought to task in a legal way by establishing that they are doing wrong knowingly. This member practices law by the way, as is currently barred as established.
A quick Response is solicited.

Sir/madam,
My father has transferred property in equal contrubution to my self and my brother but my share has been registered wrongly as Nick name instead of original name. My all documents from child hood is on original name.Now I want to change my name on 7/12 as Original name. Kindly advice how to proceed.

Hello Everyone,
1. Father Passed away on 15th Nov. 2017.
2. Father is the Owner of Flat of the Co-operative Housing society Ltd in Mumbai.
3. Father’s nominee is mother.
4. Building is in redevelopment process.
5. 2 years ago Flat has been mortgaged by elder brother through my father’s consent and availed loan of Rs. 20 lacs.
6. Mortgaged Deed created but do not have copy.
7. Now I am repaying the mortgage loan of loan of 20 lacs taken by my elder to the bank.
8. Additional cheque of Rs. 5 lacs I am giving to my elder brothers towards his share in property
And 10 lacs balance amount after 8 to 10 years after taking passion in the redevelopment building.
9. My mother and younger married sister is ready to give her consent/ NOC for appointing me as a member in the society.
10. What documents I require to get it done in order to remove his share from the property.

I have a house of Avas Vikas in Hapur(U.P..) which is freehold property in name of my father who died in 2009.My mother already is no more died long back in 1987.We are only two brothers who are legal heirs of this property .The dividation of the house was done mutually between me and my elder brother into two parts but now i want to sell my portion.My father didnt leave any will but yes his Death Certificate is there and also Warisaan (Legal Heir document has been prepared from Local Authority).Now my question is how i can sell my portion when the property is in the name of my father and what is procedure of Mutation and where it will be done whether in Avas Vikas office and the mutation will be done in both brothers name or only one name as if its done only in one name then how one can sell his portion .
Request you to please help me answering my query.

It is intimated that we have three brothers and my father (deceased) make a will in which the property distributed in equal shares between three brother and the will is not registered till date. We want to transfer the property in the name of three brothers. What is process to transfer the property. How much amount is to paid as revenue or in which type of documents is attached.

Sir, it is requested to intimate that my father has made a will and in which will my father did not include my mother name and all the property in the name of sons according to the will. At present sons wanted to transfer the property in his names. In the process of transfer the property mothers involvement or signature is required or not or two sons transfer the property in their names.
What will I do in this matter. There is no disputed matter between the sons and the mother.
Pls solve the query.

My father expired in 2015 , he had registered a will beforehand. I am the executor of the will. At the time of the will preparation he was in IIT kharagpur and the will is in Bengali ( our family mother tongue). We have a property in Mumbai and now I want to transfer the property in my mothers name as per the will.
The will is probated from the district court of Midnapore west Bengal.
My query is ,as the main contents of the will are in Bengali will it be accepted in Mumbai as a valid doc or do I need to go through some additional procedures. Your advice is highly needed.
