we r going to sale a property in Pune corporation area.
We stay in Pimpri - Chinchwad corporation area.
Now registering of property sale deed should be done in same corporation area where the property is situated or we may do it in Pimpri Chinchwad area also?

We have a 3+1 storeyed building constructed on a piece of land inherited by my grandfather from his father (ancestral property). The ground floor was occupied by my grandparents who are no more & the rest 3 flats were occupied by my father & his 2 brothers resp. My uncle had acquired a loan from some coop bank, which he failed to repay. The bank took legal action, against which he surrendered his flat as well as my grandfather's flat (who was his guarantor). Now to cover the entire loan amount the bank is trying to take charge of my father & 2nd uncle's flat, as they are inherited from my grandfather. Inspite of being innocent, my father & 2nd uncle have to suffer just bcoz they are related to the bank's defualter, which is so unfair. Plz. help us to get out of this mess! What appropriate actions should we take & how far would it help?

The purchaser has given me a draft of sale deed. In that draft he has mentioned
This deed is in respect of "sale / transfer"
of residential property i.e. plot ....
is there any hidden meaning in writing "sale/ transfer" instade of only "sale" ?
If I am selling the property how i am responsible to transferring the property?
purchaser should approach to city survey office / talathi to change the title or transfer the title.
I am confused . Please guide.
Thanks in advance and lot of points n stars wich i may give to you.

Dear All,
I would like to ask you a question about a property dispute which has happened recently in my family. I belong from Moradabad(Uttar Pradesh)
Today, i.e; June 30th' 10, my
uncle(father's brother) has done a fake property registry of my fathers land in the name of his son in law. The total area of land is 104.65 mtrs. The property is my my fathers name since 30-35 years and he has the baynama in his name since that time. Please advise if Indian law gives us any strong point of cancelling it.
Your advise will be of very helpful to us.
Please let me know your contact no, so that I can talk to you regarding this matter.
Your earliest reply will be highly appreciated.
Best regards
Faizan

Hi,
We have distributed our property among our brothers and mother after my father's death
But the servey number I dont know properly, so I have been cheated here.
My brother has taken the good land(which has got good land value) we got the less values.
However the land is equal in size to everyone.
Can we approach the court to get equal value land to all of us.

Sir,
Our house and land is in the name of father.
(Both father and mother expired.) I have
two sisters and they are willing and ready to transfer their share in my name. The problem is that both of them had surrendered
their Indian citizenship and accepted US citizenship.Under this circumstances, how can
I register the property without them? Please
give the necessary legal advise.
Thanking you,
Raju

Property been purchased by in the joint names of husband and wife. Consideration fully paid by Husband. After the husband's death wife alienated 50% of the property claiming she is the absolute owner of that 50%. Now she too is dead. Is that alienation valid? Vincent
