Respected experts, please let me know the list of the Acts relating to apartments ownership in Karnataka.
We come across problems relating to allotment of parking space, non refund of booking amount, registration of apartment owner's association etc, and I want to know the Acts which are related to them.

Dear sir,
My grandmother gifted her house to my mom[ grandmother' daughter] and me[ grand son] by gift deed which is registered . it is unconditional gift deed and also she mentioned that she has no rights to cancel or revoke the gift deed. Myself , mom and grandmother are all living together in same house only. Name transfer done to house tax and eb. Recently there was misunderstanding between my mom and grandmother, so suddenly my grandmother cancelled the gift deed in register office, and she forcing us to go out of that house. and she threatening us that she going to create a new will or she will sale that house ....
Kindly clarify the following doubts...
1. I discussed with some lawyers regarding this, but they said that not to come out of that house. they said us to stay there itself.and they said that cancellation is invalid. but my grandmom forcing us to go out. Now wat to do?
2.Daily my grandmother meeting some lawyers and judges and she threatening us that i going to take some legal actions like that. whether she can take action and she can cancel or revoke the gift deed made by her?
3. Grandmothers's House has only ground floor, whether i can build first floor and myself and mom can move to first floor? because after putting my money in first floor , whether she take any legal action ? so that invested amount will be wasted.
4. To stop my grandmothers action, wat step can we take?
a)my mom can make gift deed to me now?, whether it is valid ? and it will stop my grandmothers action?
or
b)my mom can make sale deed to me?
or
c)my mom and me can able to sell that house now?, after she cancelled the gift deed.
Please give your valuable reply by point wise.
Thanks in advance

dear lawyers,
please assist me in the following case:
X has a joint family which consist of father, mother, three brothers and 6 sisters.
X is one of the brother. X purchased a plot and got it registered in his mother's name.
X got married and lived for 4 years in the joint house. After 4 yrs X built a house on that plot which he purchased earlier and he shifted in that house with his family. The Family had a partion after that and each brother got his share either in cash or kinds but hte plot was still registered to x's mother' name. After 5 years x's mother died . X continued to live in that house and after completing 21 yrs in that house, X wanted to get the plot of his house registered in his name. should his apeal be valid?
the problem is that X got to know from indirect sources that the youngest brother got the thumb impressions of his mother on a blank paper when she was on bed.
What Shud X do to get the plot registered in his name to ensure that nobody trouble him and his family in the future?
Please give your valuable suggestions.. eagerly waiting for it.

Dear Sir,
I a 44 years muslim from Goa. working in Gulf.
my father died 8 years ago. We lived and still in our LATE grandfather (my father's father) house for over 55 years. the house is worth 1 crore.70lacs. My grandther had 5 sons & 2 daughters. All 5 sons and 01 daughter have died. Grandfather did not make any will.
Now the grandchildren ( uncle son's & aunty son) are asking us to vacate the house as they want to sell and take their shares which they say the money will be equally shared for amongl the 5 sons + 2 daughters. My aunty's sons and uncle sons (my cousins) are threatning by saying if we do not agree to sell the house they all will come and live in the same house in the same rooms which is in our possesion for over 55 years.
We do not want to move or sell. In this case can the cousins ( my uncle & aunty's children ) force us to move or enter into the house and begin to live in our rooms forcibly.
What is our right.
My mother is now 70 years old threatned by my cousins everyday . Can they threatened her.
If we are ready to sell what % of the share we must demand ?
Most importantly, can anyone force us to agree for sell ? What is our right now on that house.
I gave them an option that I will buy the house and give each one of them 12 lacs each. they do not agree to this.
Please advise. PLEASE HELP
With best personal regards,
A.Sheikh
