Hi,
I own a plot in Hennur village which is not yet under BBMP (We just got a BBMP counsellor recently after elections). I need a plan to be approved by BBMP for my home loan to be processed. However, I'm unable to get a plan approved because of the pending implementation of Akrama Sakrama.
Is there a legal way around this. Can I get my plan sanctioned by the BBMP even without waiting for Akrama Sakrama?

I am Living in Thane at Wagle Industrial Estate, and this is under the Forest division and MIDC.
Recently Mumbai High court ordered in the faour of MIDC and Forest to destroy the Zhopadpatti.
since we are living in thane from 1990 and right now we are also recieved notice for the same from MIDC.
thats means we dont have any house and we dont have any rights on our house and that is illegal.
Now, I and resident people of area are in tension and they want to take action against this and want to stop these activity.
right now we have not receieved any reply from MIDC that they are providing us other place/ accomodation or else.
so according to 1996 development plan can we get the home from govt or MIDC inspite of this.
please let me know all about these matters and request for your valuable suggestion because we have received 1 month notice and i dont have any house to move, even in the mumbai the rent of a month is near about 5000 Rs. so it very costly for us working on 7000 rs.per month.
can we go against to this mumbai high court/supreme court of india.
if possible for please let me know about the procedure.

Dear All,
House property in Secunderabad was registered in the name of both wife & husband. Now. husband wants to delete her name in the registered document and have the property registered in his name alone. How to proceed in this matter?
Kindly send me your valuable suggestion.

is the ownership and title is absolute under the unregistered family settlement. if there is old family settlement, is necessary to get it registered latter on to derive absolute and legal right under the family setllement.
Is it necessary to get a decree from a civil court based on a family settlement. can the court dismiss the declaratory suit on the basis of unregistered family settlement. in absence of registered family settlement, can the beneficiaries be denied ownership of its share.
Is registration of family settlement is mandatory under the stamp act?

I have given a written application to the society for NOC so that I can do Registration of my Flat. But the Chairman & Secretary are asking for baseless documents. Since I have purchase the Flat from my Dad's Company which is in Liquidation. I have paid Stamp Duty, I have Original Share Certificate. They First asked for Letter from Company that Flat is being Sold to me after providing said Letter, they are saying that such Letter any one can make now they are asking for copy of Appointment letter of Liquidator. My querry is do the Chairman & Secretary has right to ask for baseless document? Since I have done my LL.B. I questioned Chairman & Secretary that they are Dy-Registrar or Registrar asking for such Documents. Now Secretary is telling me that I can go an lodge police complaint or File a case of Criminal or Civil. Do they have right to ask for such Documents? Can I do Registration without NOC & Property Card? Please guide me for the same
