Can a land leased to Public Charitable Trust (formed for starting a school) for 30 years be cancelled on the ground that Trust has not paid the rent to the owner for two consecutive months? Lease deed has clause which gives owner the right to cancel the lease if rent is not paid for two consecutive month?
Will Charity Commissioner play any role in this matter?

Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a member of a housing society in Dahisar(E), Mumbai. I own and reside in a flat from January 2006 which is registered and stamp duty is paid in full. I am the third owner for the said flat (after the builder and previous owner). I have a Housing Loan for the same.
The society is registered and they possess share certificates of the previous owner as well as my share certificate. They have informed that the need an indemnity bond from the previous owner stating that he has no claim on my flat.
Please inform whether this process is required, as I have all the necessary agreements, society NOC and share certificate.
Appreciate your time on this.
Regards,
Jimy Maniar

An agricultural land was converted to N.A. use for the purpose of constructing a township upon it. After construction, whether the owner is required to handover open spaces & private roads back to the local government? If yes, under which Act & Section.

Therefore I request you to please advice on the best & fastest solution to execute this sale.
