Dear Experts,
This is with regards to my right of being a principle member in a co-operative society in Mumbai.
There was a special general body meeting in our society where they said only the principle member will be allowed and in their absence, the associate/joint member.
It so happened that I reached late for the meeting and when I reached there, they said that my joint member is already in so you cannot go in.
I want to know if that can be done by the society. Is the joint member(my cousin)not supposed to take my written consent to attend the meeting in my absence??
Also I would like to know from you learned experts, if I can write a letter to the society, asking them to not allow my joint member in the absense of a letter from me into the meeting, as I lost a chance to participate in the discussions of a very important resolution that was to be passed in the meeting.
Request you to Please Advise me in the matter.
Many Thanks.

Experts,
If A has made 2 payments for purchase of a property. The property is not yet registered in the name of A.
Now A wants to gift these payments to sister-in-law. The balance amount will be paid by the sister-in-law and the registration of property will also be in her name.
How to show the gift of 2 payments? It is in relation to purchase of property. Do A has to make a registered gift deed and pay stamp duty (either by A or by sister-in-law) or the simple gift deed will be enough mentioning the payments have been made on behalf of sister-in-law.
Thanks and Regards

greetings
I have read that an outside individual can not buy more then 250 sq yard land in uttrakhand. I wish to buy land for making a yoga school.
Can I buy land if I form a partnership firm or private limited company?
If yes, is the company or firm need to registered in Uttrakhand?
Is one of the member need to be a resident of uttrakhand?
Do I need to apply for a permission from somewhere?
Thanks in advance

Property share distribution
In a CHS, a flat is owned by Mr. A (father) and Mr. B (Son) - Muslim Community,, both of them died intestate.Mr. A was married to Mrs. D (Second Wife) as Mrs. C (first wife) expired. Mr. A had 5 daughters and 2 sons (Mr. B and Mr.E). Mr. B expired leaving behind his wife (Mrs. F) and 9 legal heirs. The flat is in possession of Mrs D (second wife). Now, Mrs. D wants to transfer her 50% of the flat on her name and Mrs. F also wants to do the same.
So now in this case, how can society transfer the flat?
Will society require NOC from all the legal heirs?
Mr. A's five daughter wants their share in the 50% of the flat in their father's flat?
Should society call for Succession Certificate?
What legal steps can be taken to resolve this?
Please help as this issue needs to be resolved at the earliest.
