1. Can office/business place tenancy in Mumbai be transferred under a will to ones wife ?
2. If no, to whom does the tenancy pass, if the tenant in whose name rent receipt is issued, has expired and tenanted premises is used by sons A & B for respective own business at time of tenants death.
3. Of the two sons, one son A closes down business in a few years after death of father and stops using the tenanted premises and the other son B who continues with using the premises for business and payment of rent for the next many years till date(rent receipt still in name of father) and at this juncture after many years if the question of rightful tenant is to be decided, who is it ?
4. Can son A stake any claim in the office tenancy or will it rest with B to the exclusion of all others.

I am landlord with pagdi tenants. Off late couple of tenants have started parking four wheeler cars inside my premises and openly challenge me that they have full right to park . Sir their rent is hardly 100 rupees and i hve not given any permission to them to park . If they do not move their vehicle what approach should i take . I did go to local police station and made a complaint but nothing had happened .

this is Ashish Maurya , we have 1 room in kandivali cahwl , there chwal is developed by SRA Schem with Private builder . now buling was redy . but they tell us your name was not in SRA Annexure II . i have docqumnet before 1995 . my room aggriment 1993 . please help me out how can i add my name in SRA Annexure II . Builder Take 2 time docquments for Add name in Annexure II . every one gets flat in Socicty . but we don't FALT they told us every time when report come they will inforum us . please help possbile to call ne at 09821888853 . my english was not good but i am try my best .

I as a vendor sold & registered a property against PDC & also gave possession. Ultimately the cheque bounced on due date & I filed a case u/s 138 which is pending. I now propose to file a Civil case for cancellation of deed as the consideration was not passed. My lawyer is advising that under the civil case I can only pray for recovery of my money along with compensation but cannot pray for cancellation of deed.

I have undivided inherited share in a property in Kolkata alongwith my 2 uncles (Father's Brother). My father expired & I am in possession of the property & my uncles live in Hew Delhi. The mutation certificate shows the name of my 2 uncles alng with me. I am paying the property tax for all of us since my name was mutated. Recently on 1st April 2015 I noticed that somebody has paid online the property tax for 4th Qtr 14-15. I have taken out the copy of Bill & receipt. Is it possible to find out who paid on line & I do not understand what is the benefit the other party is going by paint tax & what precautions should I take.

I am the only son of my parents who own a flat in Pune.
The flat is in the name of my parents and I am not a legally a joint owner of this flat. My father has not prepared a will till now. I have following questions -
a) If my father prepares a will for transfer of ownership of this flat to my name after his death and my mother death, will this attract any stamp duty/registration to have the flat transferred to my name.
b) How can my name be added as owner to this flat before death of my parents?
Please advice.

I am Planning to buy cummercial Shop which is in area of Gaonthan as per development plan and it is highlighted in Yellow colour in draft plan. (Plan not yet approved by Muncipalti/Corporation). Also many cooprative bank ready to give loan along with one of Nationalize bank ready to saction loan on said property. So,
Please advice on following
(1)Is this safe to deal for said shop.
(2)What documents required to check before going ahead for deal.
(3) Property is near to national Highway so, any special requirement to cross verify national road development authority plan, if any before purchasing.

I am from Maharashtra.I sold my only inherited agriculture land in 2014. Now i want to purchase an agriculture land. Am i still consider as a Farmer? Is there any legal procidure to purchase an agri land by purchaser like me?

my grandfather have immovable property in up .my grandfather is died in 2007.my grand father can not write any type of will. After his death my grandmother & father's sister write the registered will of his part of property(these property part has taken in family dividation of grandfather's property ).this will is nominated in my-name.
these both(my grand mother & my father's sister ) has died in 2013.
This registered will can be challenged by my father 's brothers ?
if yes then how can short out this case in court .
what factor is effected this case ?
