Inam land in ap

Hon'ble Sir.

One party came to me to make declaration of title by suit regarding to the SERVICE INAM LAND, 50 acres, in Tirupati, settled and conferred on their ancestors in the years of 1958. Since then their ancestors have not alienated or transfered the land to any person. But defendant has been possessing and enjoying the Service Inam Land since very long back by having Title Deed and Pass Book. Sir, My doubt is, today My client can get the Title back from the defendant under any statutes. Please advise. Thanking You, Sir.

Now I want to sell a flat that I bought jointly with my father in 2005. Can I sell a at now.

I have two sisters and mother who are okay with me selling flat.

My question is am I required to take perission of my uncle(My Fathers Brother) and Aunt(My Fathers sister).

I have no problem in taking their permission too. But I dont know where they are now. I have no contact with them. Is there a way round this.

Regards,
Mahesh

Vo claiming my property has been claimed by the earlier owners

Hello Sir,

I have all the documents in my name yet VO claims the owner of the property has take legal rights by winning the case. When i repeatedly asked he, he has promised to give me the judgement copy or the case number but he has been dodging for few months. I even met the Dasildhar, who called the VO and asked him to provide the necessary support yet all in vain. Surveyors also have no clue on he case. Can i send them a legal notice in this regard to reply with judgement copy or allow me to sell my property?

Forced occupation of plot.

My mother owned a plot measuring 250 Sq Yards at Rohtak Haryana, which was purchased thru her savings and my fathers money. Some 22 years back, she transferred 50 SQY to my step brother. He forcibly constructed a house on about 160 SQY in the same year and refused to allow entry to my parents and their children in the entire plot. Due to fear of physical harm, my parents did not take any legal action and tried to resolve the matter thru family dialog. The mater is still unresolved. Out of the whole plot about 77 SQY is open lawn, rest is passage. My mother transferred 112.5 SQY and 37.5 SQY in my name and in 2010 and 2015 respectively. However, my step brother is still adamant and denies us entry in the plot.

The property is not ancestral in any way and my father / mother never consented to any construction more than 50 yds given to him.

Kindly advise my legal position and how to secure possession my property.
