Things to be considered while buying dkt land in andhrapradesh

Sir/Madam,

I have been notified that, DKT land is for sale in Andhrapradesh.

Need your help to have clarifications for the below points.

1) DKT Land and DKT Patta are one and the same ? If not , what's the difference.

2) Is Granted/Assigned Land and DKT land are one and the same ? If not , what's the difference.

3) Are we allowed to purchase DKT land ? Considering that current owner of DKT land does not belong to SC/ST.

4) What are the mandatory documents that has to be verified before buying DKT land?

5) Are the registrations allowed for the DKT land especially in AP? and will there be any passbooks issued for DKT land ?

6) Are the bank loans possible on DKT land(as security) ?

7) Are those DKT land's eligible for government subsidies ? such Irrigation drip etc.., ?

Please help to have clarificaitons for above points.

Also please provide if there is any weblink to the AndhraPradesh goverment law act document.

Property matter

Respected legal experts,
An immovable property was purchased by a mother in name of her three minor sons via agreement to sell in 1973.The three minor sons executed a registered gpa in favour of their mother in 1973.The sale deed couldn't be obtained because the colony was unauthorised.Later on,all the three sons gave up their all and absolute rights by giving statements before s.d.m and the statements are registered with the s.d.m in 1984 when they attained majority.
The mother then transferred the property to her husband on notarised gpa in 1985 as gpas were also banned by then. She died in 2003.
The husband then gifted the property to his grandson through a registered gift deed in 2015.The sub registrar checked all the papers and the deed is duly stamped and registered.
The said documents have also been accepted for mutation.

Can any of the sons still claim title to the property?

regarding transfer of property in blood relation

Hello Sir, my father Mr.A and Mr.B were 2 brothers. Due to some dispute my grandfather had to leave his native place without taking concern in his father's property part. According to Will of my grandfather, I am the owner of a shop property, my mother is the owner of a house property. The will had been submitted into the court and we are not available with the hardcopy of that Will. So how can I sell that property in my name.

Also my mother wants to tranfer her property in my name. What is the procedure to do that?
Please suggest the way out as I am badly in need.
Thanks in advance

Hi,

Is it possible to convert Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) industrial land, which is on lease, to freehold land/ commercial land. If yes, What are the relevant clauses/references in MIDC Act. Apart from this, If this land is being subleased, is it possible for sub-lessee to use the industrial land for some other purpose for which such land was originally allotted.

Whether will of father applies if mother left no will

my father left a will giving the house to my mother.in that he has said that house cannot be sold and after his wifes death property can go eually to all his four children.now my question is
1)since we have not got the succession certificate/decree from court based on will property still continues to be in my fathers name .my mother says you get the mutation after her death.can we do that .also pl let me know whether my mother has to make a will in favour of her four children now .if not whether my father will be valid if my mother does not make any will and does not get the property transffed in her name.
2) can we get the property transfered in all four children name and my mother without showing the will .
3) how long one can keep the property in the name of person who is no more .what are the plus and minus points

eviction filed by bank under section 14

Sir,I had bought a property in bank auction 4 yrs back in 2011. There were many suits filed in drt and high court by the borrower and finally sales certificate was issued in my favour only in 2014.the DRT has passed orders recently that physical possession should be handed over to purchaser. Now the bank is going to file section 14. I want to know what is the eviction process and how long it will take to evict the present occupants who are the owners and handover possession to us. Are there any loopholes where again the borrower can challenge this eviction in any court. Kindly require your immediate advice. Thank you.
