mutation of land under municipal corp.

What is difference between agricultural mutation and municipal corporation mutation...as my grandparents bought a property in 1971 registry was done but mutation with municipal corporation was not done..as land comes under municipal corporation does it takes away the ownership rights from us...i have read on internet that mutation with municipal corporation is just for payment of property taxes it does not state the.title of ownership

Succession certificate or loa

As I mentioned earlier, I possess a flat at Chembur, Mumbai which is 50% in my name and 50% in my mother's name.

Unfortunately, my parents have passed away and I am the only child of my family. The property is worth 1.5 CR.

When I approached few Advocates, one Advocate advised me to obtain Legal Heir Certificate from Tehsildar while the second Advocate advised me to obtain Succession Certificate from the High Court as the property is more than 1 CR. and Tehsildars have stopped issuing Heirship Certificate whereas the third Advocate advised me to obtain LOA from the High Court.

I am confused as to what should I do and which Advocate should I approach for my case.

Can someone guide me the difference between Legal Heirship Certificate, Succession Certificate and Letter of Administration (LOA)?

Ancestral property

Ancestral property is in the name of my uncle who is having Khatha in his name for more than 20 years. Actually We were living in the property for more than 20 years.

My uncle(Plaintiff) filed a suit for permanent injunction.

We produced the voters ID and witness(neighbours) to prove our possession.

But the Lower court gave him the permanent injunction not relying on the Voters ID and neighbour witness.

During the case my uncle also produced another document for the property which is sold by me as ancestral property given to me. But actually this property was allocated not in lieu of house but instead of other property which allocated to my uncle and sold by him also. But my uncle argued that this property was given instead of house in which we are living.

But unfortunately my lawyer has not brought up this point during argument and also we could not submit the sale deed for other property sold by my uncle.

Lower court based on this granted a permanent injunction to my uncle(Plaintiff).

Now the case is in First appeal.

Can we submit additional document for the property sold by my uncle to prove that additional property was allocated not in lieu of house we are living. Whether the court will also this now.
OR
Can we file a fresh suit against my uncle for declaration for the ancestral property

There is no registered partition deed.

Muslim daughters share

Hi Sir,
We are 3 Brothers & 3 sisters & our father has expired 21 year ago & mothers 13 years ago.
After the death of my father I have transferred the khata in name in 1995 with my brothers concern to take care of land.
One of my elder sisters has filed a suit for partition for land as she married in 1965 & my father has purchased the land after 13 years of her marriage.
At the time of death of my father he has debts outstanding as he took the loan with local finance provider with depositing original land documents & we 3 brothers are paying interest for that as the loan is still due.
We 3 brothers & 2 sisters told our elder sister after selling the land ( for better rate) we give them the shares.
My queries are
1.What is share for Muslim daughters?
2.As my father purchased the land after the marriage(after 13 yrs) of my elder sister as was well settled , Is she has any rights?
3.My sisters son is behind of this picture & he has any rights?
4.Our other two sisters are with us can we fight with our elder sister case?
Request you to kindly guide us
Regards,
Faiz

MR.A HAS TAKEN PROPERTY IN 1944 THROUGH a SALE DEED and transferred a part OF THE PROPERTY to his brother MR B & MR C in 1965 through a Katha transfer respectively.
NOW MR.B SOLD THE PROPERTY (only his land ) TO MR x THROUGH SALE DEED IN 2009

Q 1)IS THE MR X RIGHTS ARE CLEAR.

(NOTE SONS OF MR A , KNOWN THE ABOVE TRANCTION AND STAY IN ONE PART OF THE PROPERTY which belongs them.) THE PROPERTY IS KARNATAKA.
