Buying agricularald

My son has taken a loan from both the parents for buying a flat in the city
a few years back and wants to return the loan amount by transfer of funds from abroad
thru his NRE Bank account, and we plan to buy a piece of farm land by adding our own savings and on our (parents) own names , individually or jointly.

I request you to kindly advise me if this transaction is legal and in accordance with RBI norms and/or if it is likely to be considered as farm land bought with NRI funds.

Also please suggest best way to go about in this case.

Landlords Rights on Declared Slum

Dear Sir,
I am working with a developer who has got development permission in SRA Scheme
The land belongs to BMC and LOI, IOA, CC & Annexure-II had been issued in our favor but one of the tenants who was a Chawl Owner previously had filed a suit before Small Cause Court against few tenants seeking Recovery of Rent & Possession of their structure which are already a part of SRA scheme and held eligible subsequently
Please guide me on below points.
1) As the suit is affecting us directly can we interven as third party in the suit?
2) Does the Chawl Owner have any right on the said structure besides some rent reciepts which he was collecting before the commencement of scheme?
3) The Chawl owner himself held eligible for his structure and he can take benifit on one structure then how he seek possession of other structure?

Regards
Arun Tiwari

Property dispute and stay order

My father in law had made a registered will and given all his self earned properties to my husband during his life time. But my sister in law has challenged the will. She has asked for 1/4th share and got a stay order on the property. So how do we vacate the stay and prove the will?
