What is step Wise legal procedure for buying a new build flat in apartment what should be checked at perticular step and need guidance for giving money at particular step.I have given lakh by DD.builder is selling flat at 16lakh. I have all cash I am not making any home lone
Sir/Madam,
My husbands father passed away years back leaving my husbands mother , brother, sister and my husband a house.
As my husbands brother has private loans from few people and he is not in a state to repay so I and my husband are purchasing the house by taking a housing loan(co-owner) to repay his loan.
Now my question is what all should we take care of (I mean documents) so that the house remains my husbands and after his death mine, and that we dont have further problems by my husband's mother , brother and sister and their kids.(All kids are minor)
Sir,
I and my husband are taking a housing loan on co ownership basis i.e 50% each.
I want to know if suppose he dies then will i be the full owner???
Can he make a will stating that his share will go to his mother or someone else???
And if mother dies and has successors, then that 50% will be further succeeded???
To be on a safer side what can i do that after my husbands death i will be the sole owner?
Please help me on this.

I signed an agreement to lease a piece of land in March 2015(valid for four years). The lease states that I would erect a shed(using steel sheets and iron rods) covering roughly 2800 square feet. The lease also states that I would operate a sports training academy on the said premises until the lease period expires.
While erecting the shed,I requested the owner of the land to apply for electricity connection(Tamilnadu) & gave him a deposit amount, which would be returned to me when i completed the lease.
I then found out that there was a property dispute for the said piece of land between the owner and a third party which has been ongoing since 2001.
I am unable to operate the proposed business without electricity. The owner has been prolonging this matter by telling me he is trying his best to solve the issue & that he will eventually give me an electricity connection. The Assistant Engineer(Madurai) has told me that it is not possible to give electricity connection unless the court decides to pass an order if favour of my owner.
I have invested nearly Rs 15,00,000(lease+shed+equipment).
What recourse do I have?

Car parking issues
Hi,
I have a query, which I request to be addressed. In an 8-year old Apartment Complex, the Realtor-Builder (i) had converted some of the car-parking areas in the basement into two (2) single-room flats as per the version of brokers & old-time residents in the vicinity and sold them away, thus depriving others of ample parking space. (ii) The same builder, with the hands-in-glove of the hurriedly-formed, founder-office-bearers of the Residents' Association (an Unregistered Body, till date) had allocated to themselves "prime" parking slots and for a couple of them, TWO SUCH SLOTS EACH, to those with political clout, physical/muscle-power & wealthy guys, citing bigger-size of their flats, etc !! CAN ANY ONE OWN TWO PARKING SLOTS IN AN APT. COMPLEX, that too .. arrogating to themselves two "royal" parking slots, to the envy of hapless others? What exactly is the relief & remedy available now for those aggrieved ? And, who is the appropriate Authority to be invoked for intervention and setting the matters right ??
