I sold my flat to someone and received payment and executed registered sale deed in his favour. But later on I noticed that one of the cheque of rs. 4 lacs mentioned in the Sale deed had not been received by me. But by mistake i signed in sale deed and it was executed in buyer"s name.
When I talked to the Seller, he said that he will pay this amount in any way but even after sending notice, he has not yet paid the the payment and enjoying the occupancy of that property.
NOW, pl advice that whether i should file the civil suit with pray to cancel the sale deed or recovery suit to get that remaining payment to me.
Do i have to pay any court fee for that .
My O/s payment is rs 4 lacs and total cost was 20 lacs.

My mother as the first holder, along with me, holds a residential flat.
she has already made a will to allocate her 50% in my favour.
will it be sufficient or in any untoward happening, I had to take probation certificate?
if yes then the gift deed by her in my favour is the right choice, at this moment? she also has certain other investments / savings.
what is the stamp duty and registration cost of the gift deed at present?

My Grandfather passed away last year. We were informed that as per the law ( in the absence of a will) each living heir ( My grandmother, My Dad and my two bua's) will get an equal share in the property. Basis their discussion, the Bua's have agreed to relinquish their rights over my grandmother's share (she is alive and in good health) such that my Dad has rights to 50% of the property (immovable and movable). My question is : Is it legal for my dad to create a hakkasod document so as to protect his share (he is the only one to have taken care of my grandparents) If yes how do we go about doing the same? My second question is : Can the property be sold in the current state of affairs?
we have heritage house issue with my uncle
my uncle has entered his name only in heritage house out of they are 2 brothers
i have all the papers and info how he did this.
how he made false Familytree or pedigree and all other info.
so i wanna file case at civil court but is it possible that i can represent myself without hiring a lawyer coz i know i can represent case very well

Sir,
Our society, at behest of developer/builder/promoter, allotted parking space to 72 members out of 114 members without notice to all members. They have also allotted two parking space to 2 members by depriving common rights of members on common utility areas including parking space. How this can be challenged before authority?
