Tenents (senior citizen) being harrassed by neighbout

I have given my flat on L&L basis for 3 years to a Senior Citizen and the flat is on the first floor. The lady who lives on the ground floor below my house has started complaining that my tenants make noise by moving heavy furniture at 2am midnight and at 4am. She also claims that my tenants bang something loudly everyday. One day when the banging sound was coming, my tenants called the ground floor lady and asked her to come up and check if the noise was coming from their flat - But she refused to come and check and rudely said that I know it is coming from your house and I don't need to come and check. She claims they also throw garbage from the balcony which is not true. The garbage is thrown from the flats above which is happening from past 25 years (When I was staying in the flat). She had a problem from day one and she had also threatened them verbally that she will get them thrown out within a month. She has been harassing them from past three months and now she has written a letter to the society about the same. The society has sent me a notice that if this continues, the society will ask the tenants to vacate the flat. The society has sent this notice before doing any verification / investigation that if the allegations are TRUE or not. Later the Chairman and Secretary visited my house and observed that there are no heavy furniture which can be moved everyday. The society has not giving any written reply after the investigation. I would like to let you know that even if I ask these tenants to vacate - She will create problems for my new tenants as she is Not happy with the fact that I am earning rent from my flat. Kindly help me to know what steps that can be taken to resolve the issue as the tenants are Senior Citizens. My L&L agreement is Registered along with Police verification.

Upper floor and ground floor owned by different persons

Dear All,
We are living in an old house, in which a room is having an upper floor, which is owned by another person due to partition among previous owners(brothers).
We are not having any way to go to that upper floor, there is Wooden roof separating the our room and upper floor belongs to different owner.
Now that wooden roof is about to fall down.
But the owner of that upper floor is planning to repair it, but that may cause damage to our home walls.
Please suggest the remedy......

Transfer of property

'A' & 'B'- Husband and Wife was the separate owner of a property 1 cottha each(side by side)=2 cottha total. After death of 'A',without intimating their/her major son+daughter, their mother i.e. wife of 'A' sold d entire property by a registered deed=2 cottha to 'C'(only mentioned that son+daughter gifted their portion=33%+33% of 1 cottha of 'A' in 2008).
Now 'D' want to buy d entire 2 cottha property from 'C'.
Plz guide...can 'D' buy?Whether son/daughter can claim their write to new possible owner 'D'?If so mutation will b possible?Thnx.

Daughter's right on father's property acquired through family partitioning

My grandfather(My mother's father) acquired a property through family partitioning (along with his brothers) in 1965.

He died intestate in 1986 leaving a wife, 2 sons and a daughter(All 4 of them are alive now).

My mother got married in 1984 and belongs to Tamil Nadu.

Will she have the share the above said property?

My understanding is that, if a property is partitioned, it is no longer an ancestral property. Will it be considered as a self-acquired property?

Share of co-owner in case of death of other co- owner

THERE IS A PROPERTY IN DELHI. TWO SEPARATE SALE DEEDS FOR SAME CONSIDERATION WERE EXECUTED WITH UNDIVIDED SHARE IN FAVOUR OF MOTHER IN LAW & DAUGHTER IN LAW. MOTHER IN LAW EXPIRED. MY QUERY IS WHETHER SHARE OF MOTHER IN LAW WOULD PASS TO DAUGHTER IN LAW OR IT WOULD PASS TO LEGAL HEIRS OF MOTHER IN LAW. IF IT WOULD GO TO DAUGHTER IN LAW WOULD SHE BE REQUIRED TO GET THAT SHARE TRANSFERRED IN HER NAME. IF YES THEN WHAT DOCUMENTATION WOULD BE REQUIRED.
IN CASE SHARE OF MOTHER IN LAW WOULD GO TO HER LEGAL HEIRS WHAT DOCUMENTATION WOULD BE REQUIRED. PLEASE QUOTE WITH RELEVANT SECTIONS.
