Which doc. required at the time of possession of a new flat

Dear all,

I need your help. we have booked a home in RAJ Nagar, Ghaziabad and paid all the amount to builder. there is some delay in possession from builder side.

Could you please provide me list of documents I need to get from Builder during my possession of flat?

Also what are the checklist Items one should have before taking possession of ones flat from Builder.

Hi, you need to get done sale deed followed by sale agreement if you have done. Otherwise only sale deed direct. And also get a copy file of entire file from begining/ first mutAtion entry to developers. and after this don't forget to get issued property card of concerned property by your name from the relevant authority

Since you have already make the payment the in is natural you are in possession of sale agreement and payment receipts.
Now only ask for possession letter.
